BEFORE JOINING HERE ARE THE RULES

IC RULES

1. No power-playing! EX: "Kelly hits Maggie and Maggie cries." That is up to the person who portrays Maggie to say whether Maggie cried or didn't cry. NOT you.
2. No Mary or Gary Sues. Everyone has flaws and weaknesses, embrace them.
3. Do not roleplay anything that may trigger or disturb anyone in the group. This includes, sex, rape, murder, incest, kidnap, ect,.
4. THIS IS A LITERATE ROLEPLAY. First-person is strictly prohibited as well as one-liners. ALSO, do not use -kicks- as an action. Please be detailed. Thank you.
5. All looks are allowed except for ANIME. Sorry guys, but if that's going to be a problem then I guess you gotta go.

OOC RULES

1. No bullying! That will result in an automatic ban.
2. No OOC drama. You and others involved will be sent into a time-out if I see this happening.
3. As a group we will accept everyone regardless of their age, skin, gender, sexuality, religion, or beliefs.
4. NO posting forums or topics without a moderator's consent!

Some people are uncomfortable when it comes to someone else using the same looks as their character without their consent. So, faceclaims will be updated daily in the announcements.

Remember: NO ANIME. Comic-cartoon looks are allowed but Anime is forbidden.

Alright, so there are obviously going to be people who want to roleplay Canon Characters. I am one of those. But it wouldn't make sense to have two Jokers in the same Asylum, right? So taken Canons will also be updated within the Group Announcements.

ORIGINAL CHARACTERS are highly encouraged! Arkham Asylum doesn't just belong to the infamous villains of Gotham City. There are many other criminally insane people as well.

ALSO if you are applying as a CANON CHARACTER, please make sure the information on your profile/application represents that character correctly or it will be rejected.
