Scarecrow had just gotten caught by Batman, again. He paced around his cell already thinking of a way to escape and how to get back at Batman for this humiliation. He remembered when he used to work here at Arkham. Back when he could use his fear drugs on the patients and test them out. He longed for a chance to create fear once again in Gotham.
