"The universe isn't complete..." said a strange voice, one that echoed through the minds of all the souls, it sounded old yet wise. You try to open your eyes but you can't. "Not yet adventurer, there is much still left to do, I, no, we must be prepared for the arrival" Solemnly the voice asks for your trust and acceptance of his guidance. Feeling though as if you were being dragged down a calm river you find some sense to relax. After moments the voice calls out to you again "Do you remember what happened? Before you arrived of course." Thinking hard on this you don't remember though you feel as if you shouldn't need to remember "It's alright, it shouldn't matter now for you are in a new place." The voice tries to console you and yet you question what's going on. There's a sense of weariness and uncollected notions you can't shake. There's a long period of silence left for you to think on your own, to ask yourself questions, and to relax some more. The voice calls out once more in surprise in a joyful tone "We're here, you may open your eyes now, it's going to be alright now." The moment you do open your eyes you find yourself in a strange, white room with blue lights floating about. Finding a arch soaring just above you it seems to click that the arch is how you got here from wherever you came from in the first place. Found in the center of the room with other arches lining the walls you see a floating metal being with glowing blue lights lining his suit and eye sockets. It calls out "Welcome to the Realm of all others." It greets you waiting for your replies.
Oh, how Ezekiel's head still hurt, even when she opened her eyes. The white walls were giving her a headache.
Ignoring the metal being, she looked around, while trying to wake up.
The last thing she rememvered was her walking on her way to the nearest village. It was a long trip, but one or two hour of walking and she'd be there.
Looks like this plan was now compromised.
The place she was in looked like a room. She fainted? Maybe she was in the town after all, after some guy found her lying on the ground. However, she wasn't convinced by that theory as she remembered the voice she heard before waking up.
She yawned and undid her hair as she looked at her. She was still wearing her usual outfit, looks like she was just dragged somewhere else. But why her? What did she do? Except all the houses she robbed. Perhaps this time, she robbed the wrong guy, she thought.
She looked at the metal being, still awaiting for her answer.
"The... Realm?" She asked in a confused tone. "Is that what this place is? Where am i, and why am i here?"
Turning himself towards Ezekiel the Overseer crossed his arms behind his back "You are in the Aetherial Realm, or as your people would call it, the Afterlife so to speak." he spoke with the same low and calming voice as was heard before. With a click of his tongue, if he even had one or a mouth for that matter as he seemed to talk out of no where. "What your people will see is a representation of your body, they'll think your dead in other words but instead, you've been pulled here" using the briefest explanation he could it was simplified for the best purpose. He was seldom and attentive. Standing at, or floating, attention almost at all times watching and speculating or simply even observing. He was a patient figure waiting for results to take place and ready to test when he thought they were ready.
She looked at the Overseer, still confused by his explaination of those "Realm" and this... "Afterlife"? Wait... Afterlife...

"What?" She exclaimed, " "Dead"?! B-But... I... What?!"

She needed a moment to calm down, to swallow the information. She was dead, but she wasn't really dead, as she was here, with this person.

"But why would you do this? And to me?" She asked, "Why bother "faking" my death, showing this... representation of my body to other people so they'll belive i'm not in this world anymore, just to bring me here? I... I haven't done anything special those last days. Well, i think so."

However, could she believe this being? Nothing could prove her that she was dragged somewhere... else. What would prove her that she was in another "Realm?" Nothing.
