Rhani walked confidently down the street, clad only in the silk pants and sash of a prince of hell and guard of the gates. He attracted attention, with his handsome figure and hellish good looks. Carrying an empty bottle that had been full only minutes ago, he swore under his breath as he realised why so many demons came to hide on earth- it was almost impossible to track them down.
He had never really been to hell, his parents always advised against it, but he had heard. He had heard what had happened to hell. There was so many things he felt when found out what had become of hell. Shock, anger, confusion. It just was not clicking for the boy. Not one bit. This lead him to fly to New York, New York of all places. That state was way too crowded for him, he had been avoiding going out because of the noise and all the people, but not tonight.
Leo stood up from his desk, snagged his sweater and pulled his hair back. There was still a mass of black covering his eyes. The eyes were the windows to the soul, after all, and no one wanted to see that. He took a deep breathe as he took a hold of his book bag and left his apartment.
The general idea was to have a nice little hole in the wall, which he had managed, but things were so loud and close together. How did one breathe. According to Teacher, a close friend to anyone no matter the species, had told Leo where supposedly the gates of Hell were. Leo just wondered if he really wanted to go anywhere near that place, most demons were fine but the angels were so hell-bent in ridding the world of half angel half demons he was a little nervous. So, being cautious was his best choice, and he did so as he walked through the night.

The young demon was hardly drunk- hardly drunk at all, he told himself, meandering down the street in the middle of the night. He sniffed the air experimentally, hoping beyond hope to find some faint trace of demon on the air. He certainly didn't expect to sniff out a half breed- and one who carried the scent of a prince at that. For a moment he wondered which of his many half brothers this was-and then realised he'd never met this one before. Rhani had made up his mind. He threw the bottle to the floor, straightened up and spoke
"Oi! Half-breed! I'm your half brother!"
Probably not the best first impression but - and here he almost laughed-
What the hell.

Life's been hell for Winston as of late, ever since angels invaded hell Winston had been forced to leave everything- his company, his expensive apartment, his weekly golfing routine; everything. He's been on the surface for only a short while now, he's been hanging around in New York since that's the place he's mostly familiar with. He's never stayed here for more than a mere few hours in the past, and that was only to make a quick deal or to mess with humans. Winston's in an alley way, his back resting against a building and his hand covering his saddened face as he thinks back to how much he misses his expensive apartment, bossing around assistants, and fine dining in hell. What does he have on the surface? He's practically nobody without his business.
Leo was tense to began with, as there was no one with him and dark alleys. There was always something hiding in the darkness. He would glance around, daring to take his eyes away from any alley's he passed when something crashed off to his right. In response Leo took a step to the side, his eyes instantly to the shattered a few inches from his foot. Whether that was meant to hit him or to get his attention he quickly found out when some drunk fool starting shouting...at him.
Strike one, throwing things to get someone attention irritated him, but it was better than having a stranger run up and tap him. That one was an easily slid. So the true first strike was a single term;"Half-Breed". To which Leo did look at the young man, however there was no joy, but there was a slight hint of disbelief. Oh, only if he heard that one more often.
"...Nice. Just so I'm not paying for another one." Leo replied in a low, husky voice. A hint of an accent there.

"Oh, it was empty anyway. On another note, do you know where your father is, half-breed? I'm looking for him."
He laughed, beyond caring at this point.
"Rhani, by the way." He added, said with a flash of teeth that bore a resemblance to snake fangs. His thoughts were whirling. Did the half breed know about the Angels? Probably not. Did he know where the King of hell- Rhani still thought of him that way- was? Again, he wasn't sure. He pulled at the knot in his string, not untying it, but testing that it still held.
