An actual nexus sitting between dimensions and realities. It's a very large universe, where everything can go, and there are many entryways that lead to who knows where. Infinite food, drink, and a multi-dimensional cable package for the TV. Deaths in the nexus are not permanent, and have a respawn affect. Sometimes bodies are still left behind.... creepy.
