Their job is to oversee and train the staff. They keep the dream up and running. If there is an issue regarding a staff member, take it directly to the dream owners. Or if you feel more comfortable speaking to an owner about something, please do contact one - you won't be turned away.

Management
Like the dream owners, they are tasked with maintaining the stability of the dream by monitoring and overseeing staff members. However, along with that, they also operate as general staff members as well. They deal with OOC issues and are typically the final say in any situation that has more than one opinion. If given the option, request a general staff member for matters first before going to a manager. The managers are also there to keep the dream running smoothly, but will not micromanage every situation.

Tasked with general dream management, they are here to help assist you in whatever way they can. Character creation inquiries and questions regarding the rules, further explanation of our policies, input or ideas to make the dream a better place - whatever is needed.

Junior Staff
These individuals are underneath the Senior Staff and are more involved with the community in ways of being the first step to the rest of the staff team. If you need help finding a place within the dream, these few are more than happy to help! Have a question about the forums or want to know if there is someone online to do a room check? Come to them! Like all staff they can make emits and let others know that there is an open roleplay ongoing.

Trial Staff
As their name suggests, these individuals are the newest additions to the Staff Team, and are in their 'training period' wherein they are given tests and scenarios to handle in order to judge their capabilities and whether or not they are fit to truly become a member of the dream's staff.
