Property Rentals
CoS is always expanding and you'll notice in a few locations on the map that some of the buildings are unable to be accessed. These are locations known as
'private property' and are available to rent for private and public use! Yes, that's right, you can own your own piece of dream for a small monthly rental fee. We offer both private homes and private business locations. However, because this is a new dream there are currently a limited number of homes and business spaces for rent, but we may expand in the future.

we do not have an RP points system and therefore only offer these locations for real dollars at this time.

USD$ payment must be made by the end of each month.
↪ All money received through property rentals will go directly towards dream development costs, including but not limited to patches, skin, RPR templates, expansions, etc.
Private Housing
Private housing is considered as any privately owned location, accessible only to the key holder.
- A player may only have one character coded as a 'key holder.'
- There is a maximum of 3 players/key holders per home.
(This is to minimize the lines of code needed for each home.)
- If you fail to make payment for your monthly rental fee, you automatically forfeit your home and must wait until it becomes available again, or choose a new home.
- We currently have 3 available homes, each with two rooms, priced at 10$ each.

Private Businesses
Private businesses are defined as any public business that produces an emit when entering.
- Private business properties on the map that can be rented by players of the community, which allows them creative control of how the business is run and who is employed there.
- Private businesses are currently only available in earth and have the option to be completely customized.
↪ YES, this means that your business may be built from scratch if you choose.
↪ This may also mean that while a business owner may change, the layout may remain the same depending on the new owners preference.
- Private businesses will vary in price depending on size and number of rooms. - 2 rooms maximum

↪ 20$ - Single Room (large)
↪ 20$ - Two Rooms (small)
↪ 30$ - Two Rooms (large)
↪ 25$ - Two rooms (combination)
Local Businesses
Local businesses are defined as any public business location that does not produce an emit when entering.
(bars, market place, hotels, etc.)
- Players are not allowed to claim or assume ownership of these locations unless given direct permission by the Rah.
- Players are welcome to claim their characters as first level employees of any local businesses. Management is not permitted.
