(19:10:28) Grimm was already out and about. He tries to get out when there are fewer people, now that most people know is face because of the antics at the masquerade ball. Grimm walked through the streets casually, and some of his faceless militia followed him. Though he doesn't need body guards, he kept them around to get rid of the annoyances so he doesn't have to deal with them, himself. The rumble of the earth, followed by that loud roar caught his attention and he immediately turned around to look towards the mountains. "Fuck." He growled, running towards the center of the town. The dragon was headed right for the city! Fire began to rain down on part of the city and it angered the Leviathan. Not his city. Not today. His faceless militia aimed their guns in an attempt to fire at the dragon. Whether or not it's effective? Guess we'll see.
(19:17:59) Acaeus screams of people and running masses of body. Chaos and disorientation. It was a mad house, filled with terror. That was so damn spiked that Acaeus couldn't believe it himself. Hands stuffed into his pockets as blue eyes watched the people scatter about like rats caught in a trap. He didn't know what was the cause of the delicious spike of complete alarm but it was too large of a quantity for him to walk by and ignore. So as the people walked the opposite direction? Acaeus simply picked a spot of the fleeing masses of confusion, and stood in the middle of it, closing his eyes as he fed off their energy. In truth...he might have killed some innocent half-insane or diseased humans, but that wasn't BIG in the scheme of things, right? Hey, he gave you free food Dragon. Be thankful.
(19:18:30) Daedric was new to the city.. and not like your typical week or month new.. No. It was like just got here within the past ten hours new and shit was already hitting the fan! The girl emerged out of a patch of forest only to look up and see molten fire raining down," What the actual fuck?" A hand lifted to scratch at the back of her head.. In the distance gun fire was heard and the wolf was alerted. Dae stuck to the woods even though that seemed like a terrible idea and only came forth when confonted by the small army opening fire upon the ungodly behemoth in the sky. " Well.. this is a good way to start off a new life." She said with a saddistic chuckle. Lets all just play in the fire and die a little today shall we?
(19:23:51) Bahamut The echo of his roar shook the cavern he had called home for@ How long had it been exactly? Long enough for the growls of his hungering stomach to rival that of the bellowing roars. There was only one thing for it; it was time to eat. And eat he shall. The earth shook, rivalling that of an earthquake, as the monstrous nightmare barrelled his way through the cave opening and took to the skies. His mass easily shadowed the city as he flew overhead, the screams and sounds of gunfire below drew his attention quite easily; the bullets bouncing from his thick hide. The beast saw his buffet, the fleeing crowd, and inhaled. As he flew over the town center, he'd exhale, fire spewing forth and flooding the streets. Mmm, barbeque.
(19:29:35) Fawna was out and about looting and collecting things when she heard the roar. Playing it off as some beast calling out she kept moving through the streets until she was suddenly roughly knocked into. Eyes narrowing, gaze drifted to watch people scream and begin running past her shouting. "The fuck?" She drawled out in mild confusion until she actually looked up and took notice of the flying dragon and just stared, "I should have just stayed inside today." She sighed deeply pushing forward to begin following the gunfire, strapped to her back was a sniper rifle and shotgun hung from her shoulder. Part of her was yelling to turn and flee but another part was interested in seeing the chaos and sides, it made for good target practice at lest till the giant flying lizard came down from the sky of course, oh what joy it is living here.
(19:33:00) Acid Bath had only begun to walk the remains of the accursed city, leisurely strolling throughout the man-made nature-afflicted ruins, and it see it like that... felt good. Not that he had any ties to that particular domain. Maybe once but now... The pain in his arm fluctuated as an unstable mass of blue arced up his right arm as that horrible roar filled his ears and he turned to face the oncoming terror. "Oh, look. Thar be dragons." A wide grin spread across his thin lips, lopsided from the torn nerves, and bared his teeth. He took off in the direction from which the concentration of gun fire riddled the air and nearly stumbled to his knees once the ground shook with that inhuman might. The rag-tag group that he saw before him did little to stifle the mood that filled him. It was an old feeling. Joy. Like the madness of the city and the likely hood of it all burning as the fire descended upon them was nothing but cheap entertainment. Or a wish fulfilled. Acid Bath concentrated a mass of that arcing, frenzied energy around his body as the fire rained from the beasts mouth to incinerate the city square and those around him. Once he may have tried to over extend himself to offer protection to the others but now... well at least he safe. Maybe. For all he knew the flames could just wash over him and leave him a burnt, dead husk.
(19:42:46) Braedan's hand was shoved into pants pocket as the other cradled a smoke inbetween index and middle. The Arch was in the middle of being serenaded so lovingly by the late Mr. Bublé in a nearby bar when he heard the roar. Perhaps he was so wrapped up in the sultry voice to hear the screams at first. But yes... That panic... Head would turn towards the door, seeing the silouettes rush by frosted glass followed by the faint orange glow. "Well, well..." Brae would mumble, taking the last sip of his scotch before standing. Strolling oh-so casually over to the entrance, dark eyes would watch as those humans would scatter. Opening the door, Mike's voice could barely be heard over the screams and destruction. Shoulder would lean in the doorframe as hand would return to pocket, watching those poor souls scatter. A roar would send those eyes skyward, seeing the beast circle the crowd. Lips would upcurl slightly, almost amused before taking a drag of the cig. Dragon fly out in the sun... Braedan would push off the doorframe. "I wonder.." Brae would say, narrowing dark eyes at the beast as he would burn that cig right down to the filter. "If he needs help..." And with that, finger would flick the butt into the gutter as body would blur into a streak of black smoke, heading straight for one of the taller buildings... And I'm feeling good...
(20:04:30) Wyonna pulled herself closer on Iago's back, when they both felt the rumbling, his hooves galloping over the pavement. The girl's eyes glanced upwards, trying to gauge where the beast in the sky would land. What happened to staying calm and orderly in the face of disaster, you know, 'stay calm and file of the plane,' she heard her horse say, before he stopped, rising up on his hindlegs; neighing, before he settled down. Wyonna slipped off the demon horse's back, before pulling her sheathed sword off, and sling it on her own back, as she said, "Iago, do whatever you can to get these people to safety. Tell those stupid jokes of yours!" As the horse galloped away, telling really bad (Okay, so maybe if demons were in the vicinity and they heard them they laugh) jokes, the gunslinger reached for her holstered revolvers, and watched the sky riding creature, training her weapons on him.
(20:06:23) Grimm became rather frustrated at the sight of bullets merely bouncing off the beast. Big Brother isn't known the be a patient guy when it comes to fucking with his city. His eyes glanced toward Acaeus, who seemed to be killing people off upon his arrival. He growled angrily but had to pick who he went after for right now. His attention turned back towards the large dragon. That large, black mass that Grimm is known for surrounded his body and it only grew. His body shifted and changed until he was about as big as that mighty dragon. He could go bigger, but that would take a lot out of him. His own roar echoed through the town and the Leviathan's large body shot towards the dragon in an attempt to coil around him, or at least knock him from the sky. Grimm doesn't have some crazy fire ability. But being a Leviathan, he has some tricks up his sleeve.
(20:12:41) Acaeus what. a. show. Who normally gets to say that they got to see a dragon vs a leviathan? Acaeus has lived 2,000 years and he never got to see this before him. Grimm looking over at him and growling at him? Had those eyes opening to reveal pupiless purple color, eyes shifting to the big beast in the sky that was skirting down straight for Acaeus. He grinned as it's jaws hung open and that inhale came. He knew what it meant, so he'd opt for a easy escape route. Blink. Blinking right beside Fawna as she tried to follow the soldiers route and fire guns at it. "Useless to try." was mentioned casually as if this was nothing new. Just another damn day in paradise right? He'd notice a sixpack nearby, pick it up and offer one over to Fawna. "You drink right?" was asked, squinting at her before turning his head to regard the first class tickets of the show as Grimm stampeded his way to the big beastie. "Looks almost like Godzilla on the TV Screen don't it? I'm waiting for King Kong." was joked, humming in thought as he noticed some nearby benches. "Hey, why not relax? I don't think anyone is gonna work on this big guy if you try anyway." was mentioned to her, gesturing to the benches while he casually walked past the screaming victims of the flame, consuming their soul while he walked past, leaving a trail of dead bodies, but i mean, it could be the dragons fault too, he was just snacking before they died, not a HUGE dent, right Grimm? Popping off the top of the bottle of beer, and kicking back with his ankles crossing as he leaned against the bench all casual like, Acaeus continued to feast while he drank. "Great night to be out and about." was mused, smiling.
(20:29:02) Bahamut's flames danced and devoured the fleeing bodies in the street, that protective bubble that one managed to place over himself may have just saved him, for the time being! Too bad for everyone else. The giant behemoth ascended, body turning for another round; his plan? To kill as many of the screaming morsels before coming to land in the town centre. What had he to worry about. These creatures were like ants to the beast, their constant attempts of bullets not even causing the creature to bat an eye. Dragon hide; thick, tough as diamonds or so the tales told. Before the monster to inhale for another blast of hell-fire, his gaze caught an unexpected sight; a giant bloody snake lunged itself toward the flying beast. A roar of anger sounded, shockwaves following the bellowing sound; possibly causing the earth to shake nearby and tripping up fleeing citizens. Large skull turned toward his attacker; sharp inhale and maw parting, the flames spewing forth once again, aiming to hit the leviathan. The sea-serpent would make a more satisfying meal than these screaming drumsticks!
(20:36:15) Lefu watched from a distance as the assumed home began to burn once more; the corners of her mouth twitching as hand fell upon her little beast of a companion's skull despite it standing well above her hip. Amber eyes watched the dance of the dragons and took note of the citizens fleeing, taking it upon herself to render aid in some form as hunting bow and arrow as unslung from her shoulder. Aim was taken as spell was weaved and the souls that often lingered around the witch doctor lent their strength and perhaps their rage before the arrow was sent flying toward the dragon's eye. Why not? His attention was directed toward the Leviathan, he made for better bait than those frantically attempting to flee.
(20:44:02) Acid Bath grimaced at the intensity of the flames as they coated crackling shield and just as he felt it would fail the flames subsided. Note to self: I didn't die. It would have been better to just abandon any hair-brain idea to help in this extreme situation and take his chances somewhere else. However, now that the flash of fire was no longer a concern and the intensity of light had seared his retinas, it was at that particular moment that his eyes fell on not the stampeding demonic horse accompanied by its sword-and-gun wielding rider, nor the man sitting on a bench drinking a... beer, or even the hoodoo slinging, magical arrow tossing woman accompanied by some hellacious creature, but on the giant, writhing mass of serpent that decided to go toe-to-toe with the dragon in the sky. "Well. Shit." The ground floor was no longer a viable tactic and as he retreated from the streets in a flash of light to a roof top, separate from the shadow slipping man, he'd begin to reassess everything.
(20:44:57) Braedan found himself a perfect little spot on top of an old financial center. Manifesting out of that black smoke, he would find an old vent to perch upon, leaning forearms onto knees as he would watch the dragon circle, spreading it's hellish fire around the town center. In a way, it was so very satisfying to see it happen. In a way it was almost revenge for Brae. Suddenly the Arch wasn't looking at this city in particular. In his mind he was seeing an urbanscape from long ago. And everytime that dragon inhaled and let out another wave of ruination, it only made the thrill of it more vivid. Eyes would suddenly go to the man down amongst the running crowd, a face he has seen before. The host of that ball which was, to Brae's dismay, rudely interrupted. Torso would lean over slightly as he would observe from up high. Which side are you on? Braedan was curious... So curious to see if this man whom they all now knew as 'Big Brother' was a man of the people or not... Sure enough, dark eyes would glimmer a bit as he would watch him grow into yet another gargantuan mythical beast. He looked almost.. Disappointed as the leviathan let out a perfectly timed roar. So it was to be battle of the beasties. Should he even bother? Just as apathy would soon take over the Arch, that dragon would let out another fire ball which would graze a building he knew way too well. "Fuck. Me." He would say, standing, shaking his head as he would shed the jacket and begin rolling up his sleeves.. "Oh, beastie.. Why do you have to go and break my fucking heart..." It would be then that those black eyes would suddenly glow red as veins did the same under the fabric of tailored suit... Oh boy.
(21:05:45) Wyonna's took her shots, twelve of them, after the barrels of her guns glowed molten orange; firing at the dragon when he landed. Of course, she had no idea if her weapons, forged to slay demons, would even harm the dragon, it it was worth a try. She gave a start, when the other, big creature join the fray, noticing the attention being drawn to it. Wyonna also noticed, in her peripherals, that a figure had drawn bow, and fired an arrow. So, a Leviathan, an archer, and miltia men were her allies, she guessed. Meanwhile, after doing what he could to help the more mortals, the demon horse noticed the lounging demon and the girl with the rifle, cantering over to the guy, and said with a voice that sounded like it was in Acaeus' head, Hey dude, pass one to me. Open it too, since you're the one with the thumbs.
(21:21:38) Grimm. Brae's thoughts on who's side Grimm was on would have been addressed, had he known about them. No, Grimm doesn't give two shits about who gets hurt in this fight. As long as it wasn't Astris. Luckily, she was laid up in his tower and safe. That is, unless the dragon got close enough to it to do damage. He would never let that happen. The reality is he doesn't care who dies today. This is HIS city and he will fight for it, no matter what the cost. The dragon whipped it's attacks around and shot fire towards the Leviathan. While it stung when it hit him, he didn't let that deter him from going after the beast. He continued forward, doing his best to dodge the heat. The sea beast used his black mass of clouds to try and make sight difficult for the dragon by blasting it at them. It couldn't hurt them. Just make breathing and seeing difficult. If it didn't dart right out of it, Grimm would have changed his course, allowing himself to collide with the other beast and try wrapping his tail around him to bring him down to ground level.
(21:23:01) Acaeus could care less who was on what side and who owned what or any of that damn nonsense. Why? Because when he was out and about, there was one goal in mind. Being fed. And right now he was sitting in the middle of a god damn banquet. So like a laid back king on his throne, he simply lounged. Snickering as the dragon breathed fire. "Idiot, it obviously won't work. Look, he's got simply the same hide as you, Moron. Some dragon. Might just be a tad sleepy." was he ....literally doing peanut gallery. In the middle of buildings being destroyed...people slaughtered and strewn about in pieces due to big feet stamping all over the place in the fight. Tails swinging and causing mass destruction..and in the middle of it? Peanut Gallery? Really? Lefu's arrow was snorted at, and Wyonnas shots had him rolling his eyes. "Really guys? Just let the big beasties sort it out. I mean, UNLESS you wanna die?" Tipping the bottle up to them. "I'll be sure to feed on that fear of death by the way....so thanks for the offer of a soul. Could use a few." Purple eyes shifted over to the four-legged demon horse he recognized as a hell steed. "You do realize that on earth, it's the same thing as hell? If you want a beer, you gonna have to get me a deal started there, Ass." Did he just call the horse demon a donkey? Rude. So why did Fawna get a free one? She was an interesting case. And he wanted to figure it out. He knew you had to give something to get something in return. It's how it always worked. Acid fleeing the scene had Acaeus laughing and slapping his knee in amusement. Braedans' arrival and departure, only to see him roll up his sleeves and get that look in his eye? Had Acaeus snorting, leaning back with a smirk. "Really? I wouldn't bother wasting my energy on something like that." was mentioned to the Archdemon, jabbing his thumb to the dragon. "It'll either lose or win. Let King Kong and Godzilla figure it out, I say." Shrugging, he'd tip that beer back and enjoy the taste...all...while still feeding on the few victims that still had fear and...were not likely to live anyway. Oh, did we mention he sighed blissfully? Like this was the best most peaceful relaxing evening ever. Riiiight. Well, it was a free popcorn...or free soul and a show I guess in Acaeus' case.
(21:40:06) Bahamut allowed piercing gaze to lock onto his new target. The serpent. It took the hit well, and if the dragon could, his lips would almost peel back into a smirk. That was, until the hit of an enchanted arrow struck the beasts head. So close to the eye. Skull whipped around to the source of the heavier shots and the arrow, bellowing roar of a challenge escaping. Do they dare defy the dragon god! Black cloud obscured his vision from the pair that had attacked, and that roar changed to snarls. Large wings folded around the dragons body, the beast lifting from the ground, wings expanding in an attempt to use the gust to blow the cloud away. If his movement was successful, he'd find himself face to face with the leviathan. Too late. He found himself within the coils of the giant serpent, and the pair toppled back to the city roads; there was no doubt the destruction the fall would have caused to both streets and buildings as the monstrous dragon struggled within the coils of the leviathan. He did was any naturally caught creature would do with teeth; he attempted to sink fangs into anything within grasp, and if he successfully took a hold, he'd yank and pull at the scaled hide.
(21:47:50) Fawna staring at the dragon stirring up chaos she sighed deeply raising a hand to rub at her eyes muttering to herself. Rolling her shoulders she shifted on her feet keeping her eyes on everything going on, tuning out the screams of the dying and instead focused on the second giant beastie. Brow arched in question she tilted her head to the side, her gaze turned to focus on Acaeus and she blinked slowly, "Two is enough. Godzilla is more scary actually." She pointed out softly only to snort waving a hand at the beer, "No thank you, i'm not allowed to drink due to..reasons." She offered pulling her rifle off from her back and chewed on her lower lip, barely keeping her stance as she breathed deeply. "Can't go one day without some overgrown lizard deciding it needs to eat and now add in another overgrown lizard." Fawna muttered to herself as she checked over her rifle. Eyeing the bench she shook her head pulling up her rifle to aim a shot, knowing it would be useless but she did want to try. If she was going to die? She'd rather go down trying to kill some overgrown beastie then standing by like a shmuck.
(21:54:04) Lefu seemed rather surprised that the arrow stuck, shifting her stance as she allowed herself to lean against the beast at her side. Biding her time before she knocked another arrow and whispered the exact same spell. The string would be drawn and she would take aim despite the beast struggling amongst themselves. She was quite keen on taking out the dragon's eye. She let the arrow fly and hoped it would make it's mark, if not she wasn't above making him into a pin cushion though she would hate to have accidently struck the leviathan. That probably wouldn't end on a positive note.
(21:59:47) Acid Bath glanced down to the street as the black clouds cleared to reveal the two monstrosities squaring off once again. Bouts of flame and strangling coils. It was obvious they were out classed. Wasn't it? Gunfire ricocheting from hardened scales but that arrow... well, if that worked then he had a chance of at least pissing it off enough to provide a distraction for the other to take it down. Or make it flee. In which case he could only hope that the man-turned-monster would recede back to his smaller form and not go on a murder rampage. "Here's hoping," he'd mouth to himself as the concern melted from his features and the grin returned. Action was better. The air sparked around him again, coursing blue arcs down his arms as he cocked his arm back like he was about to pitch a fast fall, and when he brought it forward the light cracked like lightning as a projectile was sent towards the dragon. And he'd repeat. Left. Right. Overhand. Underhand. Let's hope it hurts.
(22:01:25) Braedan would have loved to see the humans burn. Make that sky glow red... But it only took that single close call for Brae to suddenly realize that perhaps defending this bit of rubble would, in the long run, benefit him. It was obvious what this was to be. A war of egos, no doubt. Not exactly Brae's glass of scotch. But hey, if he could cause a distraction and keep these two Japanese nightmares away from his castle, so to speak.. Well, here he goes. No horns or wings would make their appearance tonight. Takes a special kind of wrath for him to get to that point. Yes, he would hear Acaeus' little comment towards him. A smirk... A smirk was all that was given. "Perhaps I should give you a sippy cup for that drink.." Head would shake, snorting right back at the boy who thought himself a King. Silly. Braedan's veins would glow brighter and brighter. It wouldn't be noticed at first, but soon the shadows that were around him seemed to melt over the surfaces of the surrounding roof, inching their way up Brae's form to collect in between two glowing palms as he manipulated the darkness so easily. Eyes would narrow, watching the movements of the creatures. Calculating his shot. Grimm would then hear his voice, as he would throw it in the direction of the serpent. "Easy now..." He would say, watching the dragon try to bite and chew at his attacker. Crimson irises would then hone in on the pattern until, finally-- "There." The shadowy mass would be expelled from Brae's grip, aiming straight for the dragon's skull to shroud the beast's vision in complete darkness for a moment or two.. Long enough for Grimm to get a shot in that could, hopefully, put an end to this charade. Here's to hoping, eh?
(22:23:25) Wyonna didn't really react at the reaction that her shots had helped make, as she'd pull bullets from her belt, loading each of her guns in turn. Her head turned a bit, this way and that, and noticing more allies to the cause or rather just the fight. Instinct told her some might not be all for defending humanity. But reasons are reasons, and at the moment they were allies. Wyonna took careful aim at the mess of serpent and dragon, focusing the the fire breathing kind, and pulled the trigger, thumbing the hammer, then pulling the trigger of the other. Process continued, until the orange glow of the barrels faded after the twelfth shot.
(22:37:12) Lucifer Morningstar was practically drawn to the scene. Not only was a scenario like this something he favors, but his trusty steed had finally awoken and is currently wreaking havoc on his play ground. No doubt, the man took his time getting there. He doesn't have as much invested in the city as 'Big Brother.' So he didn't give a shit who died nor how destroyed this city became. However, what fun would it be if the Bahamut roasted all of his little play things? Indeed, his fun here isn't done. So, of course, he has to come to try and stop it. But not just for that. He doesn't need his dragon getting killed, tonight. Lucifer dressed rather nicely, despite how ruined Earth has become. A flashy silver-black suit and tie... Stepping over dead bodies and dodging any kind of rubble that might've come his way during the fight, his large wings sat against his back, dragging along the ground. Some could say they looked awfully too big to fit his body. He wore his horns on his head pridefully, and those reddish orange eyes saw past the black and grey smoke. The air became more dense as he arrived; the complete and utter feeling of hatred and evil filled his surroundings with their dark auras. Anyone and anything could feel it. Daddy Satan has come out to play. He walked up besides the bunch; Acaeus, Braedan, Fawna.. Anyone else that might be around. Taking in a deep breath, he exhaled. "What disappointment to have to bring such a show to an end..." Shaking his head, his demonic voice rang out, "Bahamut!" He yelled. "That is enough. For both of you." With a snap to his fingers, a blast between Bahamut and Grimm formed, throwing both of them back and away from one another. (Permission from both Grimm and Bah given - not Godmoding) Just so that he could separate the two. "Get back to the mountains. We will talk there." He ordered. But who is he to make such demands when he left the dragon to rot in the mountains, anyway? Maybe he was just waiting to wake him. But unfortunately, some stupid ass humans did that for him. Oh well. He will manage.
(22:47:09) Grimm had glanced over towards the people below who were helping aid him in this fight. Though annoyed, he had to admit. Had that person not shot that arrow, things might've been a bit more difficult. His black mass had been blasted away for the most part. But lucky for him, Brae's ability to throw his voice to usher his words were heard. For a moment, it took Grimm a second to figure out who it came from. But he understood it and when the shot was clear, Grimm went in for the kill. Only to be blasted in the face and thrown back when Lucifer stepped in to play. The two were thrown from one another and Grimm's body was blasted back into a few buildings. Anger allowed him to below out a loud roar, but stopped when he heard the Devil's commands. Shit, if Lucifer could get this dragon to stop attacking his city, then fine. "This is over, Devil." He hissed out, snapping his jaws as the deep voice rumbled.
(22:51:46) Acaeus eyed the dragon as it seemed to roll those wings out. "Hey buddy, watch it." was muttered, ducking his head oh so casually as one of the wings swept near his head, smoothing his hand through his cropped styled hair before purple eyes shifted back to Fawna. "Met the guy huh? Gonna have to take me to that dog and pony show sometime blondie." was mused, giving her a bounce of eyebrows and a swig of that beer. "Psh, you listen to your mom still? Damn." shaking his head as he snorted and offered the already opened beer to the horse then. Fuck it, he wasn't gonna drink two at once. "who cares." was muttered as Fawna complained about the two...big guys deciding it was wrassle time. Ding ding ding. Looks like round two went to Grimm too. "Damn bro, can't you just I don't know, FINISH HIM!?" Was that...mortal kombat reference? He even mocked the voice realllly well. Demon voice abilites and all snickering in amusement as more damage was thrown at the dragon. "Looks like my money on you was wrong, Draggy Waggy." Oh my god. The mention of a sippy cup as Braedan smirked at him, had Acaeus raising his glass. "I'll need it. Please if you don't mind, Mr. Archdemon." Oh at least he did have SOME manners. Just..not a ton. Of course, then things got even more interesting and the damn King of Hell himself arrived on the scene, causing head to turn and watch him make his way over here. As casual as Acaeus had, really, cept with way more flair and style and power. "Sup Boss?" was mentioned, tipping back his beer with a grin towards him. "Want one?" was offered, hovering that bottle between him and Lucifer. He was the only guy on the bench, did we mention that? Some back up he was. Granted, there was some nice new souls floating about. Maybe that could be payment enough to appease Mr. King of Hell. "Looks over to me." was mentioned to Grimm off handedly, still lounging on the bench and drinking his last swig of beer. "Cheers though for a good fight? Great show." Roguish grin as he lifted it and even did a nice "cheers" face. Tipping the rest back and smashing it on the ground, he'd adjust his clothing and start his way back to wherever he had slithered out of unless stopped, still carrying that six pack box he had found and gathering other dropped beers along the way..if there was more to be gathered.
(23:34:36) Bahamut. Grimm may have had a grip on the beast, but that didn't stop the monstrous dragon from fighting tooth and claw, the assault of bullets and arrow doing naught but infuriating the creature further. He was at a disadvantage today it seemed; he was tired, he was hungry and he certainly didn't expect a creature of equal size to attempt to strangle the life out of him. He just wanted dinner. Then, things began to darken, which aggravated the creature more. The sudden blast that separated the duelling titans had the dragon tossed into the air while the opponent slammed into buildings. Wings spread, the beast hovering in place while the temporarily impaired vision returned. His name rang out, and the blurred vision turned to seek out the source. Displeased snarl was the answer to the command placed to the Dragon God, the black fog over vision lifting to revealed narrowed crimson glare. He had rotted in the mountains long enough! Yet.. the words came from the master, and like a good servant, he was to obey.. Before he did, however, the creature flew higher above the city, inhaling deeply as he rose before twisting himself and firing three rather sizable falls of fire back down toward the city in three randomly chosen spots. Unlike the simple breaths of fire, these balls were equivalents to small meteors; slamming into a few buildings and into the streets, destroying parts of the city, dust flying from the impact. With the damage done, Bahamut turned his glare to Grimm, issuing a bellowing roar that once again shook the city. He had the advantage this time, but not again. Without any more hesitation, the beast vanished into the clouds above the city; more than likely returning to his cavern, as ordered.. For now.
(23:38:11) Fawna twitched her brow as she stood there lowering her rifle down only to snort. "Sorry batty but ain't happening" She drawled out shaking her head before slipping her rifle back onto her back and rolled her shoulders some pausing, "Mom? She's dead. Actually no, i listen to my buddy because last time i got drunk i fucked him batty." Her voice filled with sass before turning her attention back to the beasties and just tilted her head to the side in interest. Turning her head slightly to focus on the new guy walking with big wings? Well then, biting her lower lip she sighed deeply dipping her head down, "Such a massive shame to have to cull the death and destruction over not handling a dragon." She said to herself crossing her arms over her chest as she shifted on her feet watching everyone carefully with a small grin on her lips. She was going to have a very interesting tale to spin when she gets home, turning to begin making her way back to her house unless she was stopped.
(23:44:22) Lefu would slip her bow back over shoulder as it seemed the worst of it was over. She didn't so much as bat an eye as the great balls of fire came crashing into the city around her. She had what she had come for; amber gaze falling on the Leviathan before shifting toward the one who had called off the dragon. "Pity." She mumbled softly before she began to walk off with hyena beast in tow. She had been away from home long enough and knew if she stayed out much longer her reception would be far more deadly than she would have liked.
(23:44:46) Acid Bath dropped his hands to his sides as things began to move outside of any realm that he could possibly even begin to help. He was outclassed. His abilities... his powers... they must have been but a light breeze for they appeared to make no impact. No difference in this struggle of higher beings and monsters as one man --no, something else-- commanded them and with a snap of a finger separated them both from their fight. At least the others had contributed with shadows, bullets, and arrows. He watched the play before him and, with an exasperated sigh, the smile he had before bled out to a stoic, emotionless glare. There was no place for him amongst creatures of legend. If it was to be then let the city burn. It was all on their shoulders anyways. He pulled his hood up over his head and moved to the other side of the roof to hop from the height to continue elsewhere. It was definitely over. At least for him.
(23:46:11) Braedan's smile would widen as he would see that his little move helped Grimm a bit, even though the victory abruptly ended. Sure enough, that booming voice would break out, drawing the two beasts away from one another. Seeing Lucifer walk through the rubble.. Oh, was that a sight... Remember that special kind of wrath? Tongue would skim over double fangs as they grew. Those crimson irises would glow so very brightly as he peered down from the high rooftop he was on. The Arch was so very focused quite suddenly that he didn't hear Acaeus banter with the Devil below. Hell, he didn't even hear Lucifer speak at all.. Veins were so searing hot as those pinpricks could be felt on his crown as well as those burns in between shoulderblades. Easy now... He would breathe, watching down below, that black smoke starting to pour from his visage as torso leaned over the edge. Braedan didn't even flinch as those fireballs were hurled in random directions. They weren't even close to his place. Eyes would watch Lucifer patiently. This would be the first time he had seen him in the flesh. The Devil probably had no idea that the direct offspring of Asmodeus held such a contempt for him, and why. Perhaps one day soon, that could be revealed. Standing slowly, he would grab up that jacket of his, swing it on as those eyes would fade back to black. Extracting another cig, having it light before reaching lips. "Soon..." He would smirk, turn.. And leap into that blur of thick, black smoke.. Heading back to his hidden "castle".
(00:05:35) Grimm glared over at the devil before turning his gaze up at the dragon who seemed to be throwing quite the temper tantrum over his demands. He couldn't help but tug back a snarky grin. 'Doing what daddy tells you to do..' He snickered under his breath, watching the dragon take it's leave. He turned towards the Devil and hissed. Of course the dragon would pop off a couple more rounds of fire. "You and I are going to have a talk, later." Did these two know one another? Perhaps. Or maybe Grimm doesn't give two fucks who or what the Devil could do. This is Grimm's city. And he'll do everything he can to keep his claim. But for now, the Leviathan turned to head towards his tower.
(00:16:36) Lucifer Morningstar Oh, how tragic it must be that the big bad Devil decided to stop the fight. Well, those who didn't like it could piss off for all he cared. Acaeus' commentary was ignored for the most part, paying him no mind. Lucifer isn't the type of guy who gives those beneath him much attention. Even if they are family. He turned his head to look at Fawna, not responding to her comment either, but acknowledging her presence. And then he felt another presence. One that sat on higher grounds, watching.. Lucifer can practically feel their eyes following his every move. The Devil turned his head and that icy gaze stared, looking up at the archdemon who so carefully watched him. His lips curled up in a rather smug and devilish grin. Those teeth of his, perfectly pointed and sharp. It's been quite a while since he's seen another pure blooded archdemon who's not some fucking hybrid. Interesting. Indeed, the two will meet, come the proper time. Bahamut retreated per his order, and Lucifer Morningstar's time here seems to be finished. He has no care to make the proper acquaintance of the individuals who are left. Not right now, anyhow. Perhaps another day, when he actually has motive and means... His body turned and those wings of his spread outwards. With a strong flap of his wings, the gust of wind was enough to knock anyone over that might've been near. He, too, took to the mountains to deal with the dragon who's servitude belongs to him.
