"While perhaps unsurprising to those familiar with Tanbarune, the Fall welcomes a heavy rainfall. The fine mist of rain has all but disappeared now, replaced in full by an unrelenting downpour instead. Enough for water levels to steadily rise in due time, soaking everyone who steps outside within mere moments. This will naturally effect classes taking place among the great and now dampened outdoors. Any Students to fall ill among these outdoor lessons will be excused and asked to remain inside for the coming weeks."
