Housing
- On map housing & stores are available; bump houses to see what is vacant.
- Housing is currently limited. More houses may be built once the majority of the houses on map are filled.
- Housing is competitive: The more someone is seen rping on map the higher their bid for the house is. Housing is not first come first serve.
- Housing is one house per Player, not per alt. We can and will code alts to your home. Choose wisely! Players caught cheating this system will be barred from housing. Repeat offenders will be subject to ooc penalties. Housing is a privilege, not a right!
- Feel free to dm staff for anonymous alts to be added.
- Houses will be decorated using live edit.
- Rent is expected to be paid every 2 irl months.
How to Pay Rent:
- Go into home
- Screen shot self in home
- Post in this forum screen shot with something that says: Rent paid!
- Failure to pay means the player’s home goes back on the market.
