In the early summer of 2017, a certain hallucinogenic gold dust appeared on the streets of Caribou Coast, soon spreading to other parts of Washington, California, and even as far away as Louisiana. Called 'VR dust' for its ability to produce extremely vivid hallucinations, around April of 2018, production seemed to stop.

Word on the street, however, is that this drug might be making a comeback...

Upon taking the drug, the individual's sight becomes enhanced and a spectrum of light and colors that would have been impossible otherwise is available while under the influence. Vivid hallucinations (or waking dreams) occur and have been reported as shared among those taking the substance in a group. Lucid dreams are also made possible through use of the dust. There is no physical addictive side effects, but there may be psychologically.
