Operating under "St Elizabeth" - allegedly a veterinary clinic - Maximillion is nothing if not a liar and a thief. Bring your pet to him and you're bound to get robbed. That flashy certificate up on his wall holds little value over a blank piece of paper and, lately, so does his actual medical diploma, as he's chosen a bit of an unorthodox occupation. The man knows nothing about animals and everything about the creatures beyond. A well-known street name amongst the supernaturals, he's infamous (or famous, whichever way you see it) for his back-alley medical services for magical creatures. Got a nasty nick and not enough money for a hospital -- Max is more than likely to take you in out of sheer hospitality alone.
S E E K I N G
= Customers = The unfortunate supes that have gotten themselves in deep shit and can't afford to get proper medical attention. Max's your best bet. He offers further services, has been known to shelter supes and specializes in stuff you wouldn't see even in a hospital. Just check out his qualifications and see if we can craft a plot out of it. 'Customers' that bring their pets to him (only to get robbed) are sought out too.
= Cops and robbers/enemies = A scammer would obviously be on the law official radar (if they care enough). He doesn't tolerate bad people either - we're talking genuine bad people here. He's affiliated with a few groups that focus on disbanding smaller crime circles that deal with trafficking. Any interested mafia fams?
= Friends = Unorthodox guy to befriend, but, hey, it's possible. He's incredibly loyal, please consider.
= Partners = Speaking of, I need some co-workers for him, a boss for the anti-mafia group. He can be a mentor for someone too.

Hello there law breaker.

Now, I could be wrong... but I'm pretty sure,
at some point or another, you'll need me.
This place don't care about its cops as much as you think, Of'cer.

Guess we'll find out, won't we?
When these cuffs are on your wrists. We'll see how much the city cares about their cops.
You ever think that just maybe they don't care because there was never a truly clean cop?

Yeah. It's why you're bound to be knee-deep in your own blood someday.
And that's not a threat, just a heads up.
Luck to ya, of'cer.
I'm sure you'll know where to find me eventually.
Door's always open.

It's not a good day, till your knee deep in your own blood...
But thank you for the Good Luck.
I might need it.
Oh Max. I hope you're ready for round two. I won't be as nice as last time.
I think I was rather...gentle with you.

I quite like your gentle side.
Pity it's all just a damn ruse, huh?
See you for round two, Margareth.

My gentleness is reserved for family...
