A warning issued by the Lazare Corporation, a known United States contractor company specializing in supernatural contracts of a flash flood happening in Basin City’s Fourth Street and Archibald Avenue district, evacuated over 2,000 individuals as tens of millions of dollars of property and residences were destroyed in what the Lazare Corporation and City Officials are reporting as a “gas leak caused by a large amount of pressurized water causing a breakage in electric and gas line structures that had not been updated by their required maintenance date.” However, Lazare Corporation has offered to pay for all of the damages. Donald Kincaid Lazare, the chief executive officer of Lazare, has issued a statement:

“On our sanctioned ground, it was our error in which damaged occurred. However, we extend full reparations to those affected by the incident and will be issuing emergency aid and assistance to where it is needed. Our grievances go to those affected by this incident. In talks with the city, our corporation believes that as a result of the large supernatural tensions which may be correlated with this threat, Lazare Corporation’s Special Operations Agency for Rogue Supernaturals will be establishing an office in the affected area, and extending its services city-wide until the tensions calm down. Under oversight of our offices and jurisdiction by the Central Intelligence Agency, we will be establishing federal oversight in the communities and will be working closely with local law enforcement until future threats will be permanently mitigated, and criminal activity by rogue supernatural and cryptid-origin agents are completely neutralized.”

While over 82 people were injured, Lazare Corporation’s medics were quick to arrive to the scene, giving immediate medical attention to those injured. No arrests were made. Only one casualty on the scene was confirmed as repeated felon Antonio Malvagna, who was out on parole for various violent offenses, including domestic battery and racketeering. No critical injuries of any other individuals are known at this time.
