Police report that they believe a vigilante has been actively seeking out wanted criminals and high-ranked members of the mafias. Please note that vigilante actions are prohibited and you will be arrested if caught.
Cameras caught a picture of the vigilante, but there wasn't a clear picture of the face. Analysts state that they're wearing what looks like a black mask. The gender is also undetermined.
Any information should be brought to the attention of CSSO or the BCPD immediately.
