We cant really spam the forums about the group because you already have an forum post. some people wont answer random PM's and there are some that will just straight out block you for just randomly pming people. All you can do it wait and tall people you are friends with about the group and hope they tell other people and someone gets interested.
try posting something on the Looking For RP forums and promote the group. People are looking all the time.
