RP: Open
Character(s) Involved: Cyrene Ark, NPC Villain Grinning Flame
It's a beautiful day outside,
Birds are singing,
Flowers are blooming,
On days like this...
"Too. Fucking. Peaceful." A well-worn boot stomped down on the pavement, sending flakes of burnt leather and bits to the ground. The owner of said boot was leaning heavily on the wall, a large scowl on his face and fire licking the tips of his hair.
People around him gave him a wide breadth, as they should; this is no ordinary rebellious teen going through their rock and death metal phase nor a member of a biker gang after all. He is Grinning Flame, the infamous villain from the scorching Southern California.
However, why would he be in Japan of all places?
Grinning Flame himself isn't quite sure, he has been standing here in the shade for the past ten minutes waiting for whichever corrupt businessman that hired him to make a show of his rival company or whichever maniac that decided that hiring a villain to stage a large-scale massacre is a good idea; he doesn't really care to be honest, not when he is very short on money.
From across the street, a couple were sitting under a sunshade while sipping innocently on their drinks.
"Is that him?" The woman asked, placing her glass down. Her drink was barely touched, so is the food on the table; for the entire time she had only been picking up the glass of water occasionally to take small sips of it before going back to nursing the aching in her fingers.
The man-a bounty hunter by the nickname of Kaname only nodded, replying in heavily accented English, "Yes, there is no doubt about that. I managed to track him through cameras and have seen him transform. Judging by his stance, I think he is waiting for a client."
Cyrene had to raise a brow to that however, a client, that was a tidbit of new information that wasn't available to her before now. While it isn't too rare for Villains to take up jobs, unfortunately, the Heroes are still mostly in the dark about villain organizations and how exactly they function, especially when it feels as if new villain organizations are popping up every so often.
Kaname only shook his head and shot a look towards the Villain, who has finally made a move towards a...Beauty Shop?
'It is their meeting point,' Cyrene realized immediately, and immediately returned the look to Kaname. They have to work quickly, and if they are lucky enough, things will go as planned and no casualty will be reported on the news tonight.
Though, in their line of work, that may not always be the case.
