Posted on the bulletin board, in very neat handwriting that was obviously not Biers's:
Teams
Pink team: slaves
Yellow team: slavers
In case of uneven teams, players may be shifted to the other team.
The ballroom - Locations
For the occasion, the ballroom has been redesigned as a true obstacle course arena. The lights dimmed, a maze of corridors connecting multiple small open spaces has been constructed. Each spot, whether it be high ground, a space only high enough to crawl in, or simply open space, has ample opportunity for combatants to hide themselves, full out assault, or ambush others. Players will not be given maps of the arena, and are not allowed to scout out in advance, and will have to make split decisions on where to move to. To ensure that there is a high chance of players running into eachother, parts of the arena will be closed off, depending on the number of participants. The upper level of the ballroom provides an excellent vantage point for any spectatators. Food and drinks will be served for those who are interested in overseeing the carnage.
Rules
Each player will be given a slingshot, and pellets of paint in the color of their team, as well as a bright vest to make it instantly obvious who belongs to which team.
There are five rounds. At the beginning of each round, each player rolls to see which location of the arena the player is located at. (roll 1d#, where # is the number of players minus 1)
There will be an emit, detailing which players are at which location.
Each player who's at a location with at least one player of the opposing team picks a target and fires. Roll 1d4 to see if the paint ball hits.
4 = Critical hit. The targets gains two points.
3 = Hit. The target gains a point.
2 = Miss. Nothing happens.
1 = Critical miss. The player misses, and hits one of their team mates at the same location, if any. The team mate gains two points.
At the end of the game, the team with the lowest score wins, and in each team, the player with the lowest score wins.
RSVP or whisper Biers to be added to a team.
