Since you've been kind enough to reach out, might I ask a few questions about the 5e community here?

I haven't tried to play a tabletop game through forum before and while I do plan to read through everything that's available in the forums that might take me a while. (I have a small baby, and my time is limited/broken into small pieces). I'm also having a bit of trouble working out who is active and who isn't from the roster of character sheets in that section.

Is there anything that you would say the group as a whole is in dire need of? More healers, more warriors etc.? I've looked through all the posted characters and there's quite a mixture, but I can't quite work out who in there I ought to ignore due to inactivity.

Today I'm working on drafting up a proper character sheet for the Dark Elf I originally sent into the "Power of Souls" community. I have two other 5e characters who could be adapted to work in there as well, but seeing as how the DM is not available I am not certain if I should make something new or bring a more established character in somehow.

Jora Flint - Mage (I usually play this character as an Aasimar who is hiding her heritage--currently marked as human on the RPR page)

Zenola Fasco - Cleric
What we really need is more active players and DMs, to be honest. Just play who you want to play.
tbf we got the players, just waiting for our DM to come back QQ. You would not have had contact with him lately?

Afraid not. I didn't speak to anyone before requesting to join. Just got an automated message from RPR that I was accepted.

Don't think I've ever crossed paths with your DM before. I haven't been on RPR for all that long though.
How did you find us then? Just curious :)

I searched for active groups that were D&D based. Several came up in the results. This one looked the most promising.
