Noel walked through the park, his hands full of leashes. He was walking about ten dogs at once. He looked around, enjoying the view, until one of the smaller dogs managed to slip out of the leash, running off. "No! Come back Coco!" He cried, attempting to run after her.. Bam! He tripped over the leash, letting go of all the others. "Aw crap!" He muttered. "Some luck I have.."

Alois was minding his own business, looking around the area, taking in the scenery. The calmness of the park was enough to get his mind off of anything troublesome. He would have stayed that way, but he heard the shout of a nearby person, turned around to look...
...Only to be met with at least ten dogs at once. "Aah!" He let out a scream and then was practically trampled by the dogs. He managed, after a few seconds, to crawl himself out from the wriggling pile of dogs, let out a gasp of air as if he couldn't breathe underneath there, and then stumbled up onto his feet, looking at the dogs running off once more.
What was up with- Oh.
He then realized. That's probably what that boy was screaming about.

Noel ran quite fast actually, not stopping. "I'm so sorry!" He called out to the other boy, grabbing one of the dogs. He wheezed as he grabbed a hold of his leash, then taking two puffs from his inhaler. "I.. Am so sorry about that." He finally said, walking back to the boy.

Alois dusted off his clothing, almost a bit offended. "You really need to control those dogs!"
Then he frowned, "Ah. Well." He stopped to glance at Noel in the eyes, "I shouldn't be so mean, it was an accident."
"You need help with them? I can help." Alois put his hands behind his back, "I'm not really an expert on dogs or anything. Or much of anything at all except for..." Alois paused, then smirked. "Well, just some hobbies." He was definitely talking about stealing things right out of the shop owners' noses. He loved taking his built-up rage on Walmart.
Quite a joke, but he did need to take a lot of stuff from there and other places.
He didn't really have money, or a permanent, convenient home.

Noel smiled brightly. "You would help me? Oh thank you, thank you so much!" He happily clapped his hands, before introducing himself. "I'm Noel, you?" He asked, quickly grabbing another dog that ran by in a frenzy.

Alois put his hands behind his back and grinned, "My name's J- Alois Trancy." He stuttered. He'd really have to get used to using that little Alois Trancy moniker. He noticed one of the dogs and leaped to grab it and held it up. "Oiii, you're a big one-" Alois hoisted the dog up, wheezing. "So cute though, yes you are!" Alois giggled as the dog licked his cheek.

Noel smiled at the sight. "You got raspberry! He's the most troublesome, but Coco is to.. She's the one that started this mess." He said with a sigh, shaking his head a bit. He then counted, 1.. 2.. 3. "Ok! We need seven more.. If we hurry, people might not even noticed that they are causing chaos.. And I might not get fired..!"

"Don't want to get you fired do we?" Alois ran off, trying to find more of the dogs that Noel had lost. He ran a lot, so he was used to it. Why did he run a lot? Well when you're a thief, it requires speed if you accidentally get caught.
Alois ran around, trying to gather another dog.
