Firstly, let me apologize that it's taken a week to write this. Its part of the reason WHY I'm writing it now. I really don't want to leave anyone hanging or waiting on me and my availably has dropped significantly less than it already was. So if I kept posting I'd likely only be online during weekends. I also have a HUGE mess going on IRL right now that requires every ounce of my attention. Soo I'm going to be taking a break for awhile. When I have time to Rp properly again, even if it's every other day, I'll shoot you guys a message. I thank you for your patience as well. I genuinely love this group and look forward to coming back to it.
That said, so that story isn't disrupted, how about that day with Rowen in the diner, we say that just as she offered to patch him up.. he got a sudden emergency phone call from his boss? He lets her know that something has come up and he has to be out of town for a few days, maybe even a couple weeks due to a family emergency. He promises he'll get those stitches one way or another; but the wound likely ends up starting to close on its own a handful of hours later (when that poison leaves his system from before).
Anyway, I also love the idea of those community plots and as soon as I have the time to come back, I look forward to diving headfirst. Drake's apartment is still going to be paid for by his boss, just left empty and untouched until I return.. If that's cool.

So this break ended up lasting longer than I thought I would. I THINK I'm back-ish now though and should hopefully slowly start interacting again; starting later tonight after work if all goes well.
IRL has been crazy. My brother lost his job, my dog had puppies, and on top of those things I've been so dang stressed in the past 2 months that I lost 20 pounds.
Thankfully the stress is fading but I'm still exhausted from all the overtime I'm getting lately at work so keep that in mind if I poof again (though I'll try to give a warning again if I have to). x3

I saw your post for Drake in the complex, and I'll reply as soon as I get a spare minute to spin out a pretty post. I'm also trying to give others a chance to interact with him first, before Rowen comes in and fucks everything up.
