Now, a roach or bedbug infestation is pesky in any apartment complex.
But, Paradise is special, isn't it? I was thinking maybe a pest problem above the everyday ones at the pepto pink 'partments.

It starts out looking like a little, moldy spot on the wall or floor or ceiling. As these sour spots slowly grow, the apartment begins to stink like rotten milk, food spoils quickly, the tenants become irritable and more violent. Over the course, the infested tenants will begin to hear loud laughter, voices in mostly an indistinguishable language and sometimes demands or curse, seemingly coming from the ever growing moldy patch. They make hosts lose their minds and they feed on the delirium and violence.
Know anyone equip to get rid of this little problem?

Read the short story and I gotta say it was really good, so I'm totally down for this. Would it be player characters infected? or everyone? and what if no one is equipped to deal with it? I look forward to this 
I didn't get a chance to read the story yet but I don't really need to either so be willing to RP something like this out. Joe isn't exactly an exorcist but he might be able to rustle one up with enough time.
