Hey, all! Wasn't really sure what to title this, so it might sound a little more intense than I meant it. I'm kinda loopy from sleep deprivation, so sorry about that.

Um, so throughout this RP Enri and Amanita are mostly going to be targeting Revenants, not humans. So they'll actively avoid hurting the human in a pair unless the human attacks first. That said, Enri has no qualms about killing another person who comes at him like that.

I feel like I should be up front, though, with Amanita's intentions. She's out to end the game, outright. And believes that by killing Revenant who are a part of this game, they (at the very least) cease to exist in limbo. Maybe they move on, maybe they're just destroyed outright - she doesn't care which is true. So for the sake of her goal, she's not afraid to 'die' since she thinks it means she won't linger anymore.

Enri is not aware of this and she's not sharing with him. Not yet, anyway.

That said, she's not going to just roll over and let another competitor kill her; for her plan to work, she knows she needs to be one of the last ones standing, if not the last one left. She's kinda wretched like that.

Um... I lost my train of thought on this. I think I was going to ask what y'all thought? Or maybe how we'll determine who 'wins' in a hunt? Cuz I don't want to butt heads over that. Or do we play it by ear and allow for multiple possibilities? Where both people RPing could have a version of a hunt where they succeed... I don't know. My brain is running on empty and i dont' know how to word this right now.

i was actually thinking of using dice rolls to determine the outcomes of combat (for example, if someone charges up an attack, landing an even number makes it hit or something like that), and if everyone's okay with that, then its alllll good; now plot-wise

mortimus and vera are more or less for no fighting at all, if they can avoid it; that's never really going to be the case, or on rare occasion, maybe they want to help them stop the cycle forever

vera herself, well, not amazing at fighting, but she can swing hockey sticks around real hard because #1 champion baby

anyway, if people be hunting, then they start a topic, and one or two other people jump in (cause it's more manageable) and they either duke it out, or if your character wants, they can do some stalking, find out what the revs weaknesses are (if your character is that type)

How would someone find out a Revenant's weaknesses? Like, does each Revenant have its own special weakness, on top of things that might harm ghosts in general?
all revenants can only be harmed by pure silver and it could kill them if they were to be hurt by it too much, but they could have weaknesses (not ones that explicitly hurt them, but can hinder them in battle)

well, it all depends on what animal their based off of.

maybe, for example, a bug, they hate water right? so splash a bug rev with some water and they get mad/they get slower, if that makes sense lol

Since a bunch of us are getting into the tension really nicely, and all. Also, I apologize that I'm spotty in my reply schedule. It'll continue to be like that for a little while since life is going a little crazy on my end. Hopefully, things will be back to normal in a couple weeks.
