The Cardinal War

Dated back during the times of kingdoms, there was a war. This war was brought between four factions that were divided among kingdoms, each settled on their side of the land.
The Easternmost side of the land was known as Lupyne. Their sigil was the Wolf. This is where the winters were long and cold.

The North, Uraza, followed the sigil of the Lion. Their side of the land was unbearably hot and dry.

In the South, Zhou-Chi, was the Panda. The Zhou-Chi were quite mystic and found comfort in the temples that were constructed in the mountains.

Down in the West, Wyver, was the Dragon. They lived life in a harsh way. With no mercy shown in their battles, they were the most feared.

This war wasn't as far broken out..yet. Magic had just awakened. Not known by many, magic had been seen throughout all the kingdoms. For now, nobody had much to worry about, for the most part, the kingdoms had been making slow progress in aggressive behavior, but who knew..just like a volcano, there was no telling when the land would erupt. Could there only be war as a solution? Was there nothing more sinister below..or even above them? Could the war turn out to be a cooperation? Only time would tell-

Four armies, a war that has been going on for centuries. What will be the solution? Is there something worse they should fear more than their opposing kingdoms?
