Assault: Physical harm caused (or intended) to another sentient creature or creatures not out of self defense that results in injury but not death. Unarmed or minor brawling will be treated differently than armed attacks.
Blackmail: Threatening to use substantially accurate and true information about a person to others unless a demand is met.
Child Abuse: The intentional injury and assault against a child placed under the perpetrator’s care or the care of another. This may include excessive beatings, neglect, or intentional harm done to a child without the intent of discipline.
Debtor: A person unwilling or unable to meet their debts to the government or to creditors, as is required by law.
Desertion: Leaving military duty without proper procedure.
Destruction of Property (Minor/ Private Property): May include, but is not limited to: minor defacement of structures or other property to a degree such that the damage is reparable or property replaceable at a cost of less than 10 gold, and littering.
Destruction of Property (Major/ Public): When the damaged property is royal or public in nature, or risks the infrastructure of the property to a degree it is irreparable or exceeds 10 gold.
Disobeying a Guard: Disobeying a direct order from a member of the guard acting in an official capacity.
Escaping Punishment: Breaking free of cells, stockades, manacles, or otherwise refusing to pay fines. Breaking free of any form of indentured servitude based punishment.
False Witness: Lying when questioned about a crime or claiming you witnessed something you were not present for.

Harassment (Non Physical): Sustained, repeated threatening behavior (verbal or non-verbal) against any person or persons which does not involve actual physical violence. Such behavior may include stalking, repeated verbal abuse, repeated interruption of work duties.
Impersonation: The willing and intentional deception of others by claiming to be someone they are not.
Kidnapping: Forcing an individual to accompany you somewhere they wish not to go and doing so by use of coercion or force.
Manslaughter/ Negligent Homicide: Any action that leads to the accidental death of another.

Public Nuisances: Non Violent disturbance of the peace. May include, but is not limited to: excessive public drunkenness, disruptive noise or behavior, acting in a suspicious manner liable to cause public concern, and reckless behavior of a nature likely to cause injury to self or others.
Public Threat: Violent disturbance of the peace. May include, but is not limited to: excessive public drunkenness if violence is involved, and reckless behavior of a nature which causes injury to self or others.
