[.]Furyans have one Alpha, it is either male or female, but there are no rankings above Alpha, and there are no Female Alphas plus their mates. Their mates are the Alpha mates, but they are not Alpha just because they are mated to the Alpha.
[.]The "shined" eye ability is gained through trials of dealing with darkness and surviving in it. It is given by a Spirit guide, but it also comes with a weakness, light sensitivity.
[.]When a furyan mates with another furyan mate, their souls become magically fused. Children also with this fusion with their parents when they are first born and can only be separated or destroyed by magical means or death.
[.]Furyans emotions can not only be felt in familial or mate links, but they also can be detected if they have been granted the eye shine by what color they seem to take on. Blue indicates rage or anger. Silver is being turned on. Purple hues is sadness. Merely shined with a normal color they were born with indicates happiness.
