All Type 2s that choose to register must follow these laws.
2. Type 2 are not allowed to legally marry with Type 1s.
3. Type 2 entities are not allowed to legally adopt Type 1 children.
4. Type 2 may not run for any public office that directly govern Type 1 or Type 1/2 integrated communities.
5. On all legal documentation such as Drivers Licenses, Job Applications, State IDs, and Tax Returns, Type 2s must identify as their respective typology, or risk being fined.
6. Type 1 business owners have the right to deny employment to Type 2 individuals and below.
7. A Type 1 may adopt a Type 2 or below if the entity is considered in its adolescent stage, and on all legal paperwork must identify their foster child’s status. Failure to do so may result in a hefty fine.
8. Any type 2 that is found to have abilities or possessions that allow themselves to be masked as Type 1 that refuses to register as a Type 2 will automatically be considered in violation of Schedule 1 magic laws, which is a felony punishable by a minimum prison sentence of 8 years, and will be placed in Type 3 containment facilities if this is violated.
