Spartan Gym & Fitness

Built in 2021 by recognized fighter Acaeus Vertis, the gym was small, until a "mysterious investment" turned the gym from a small, independently owned business into one of the most bustling and well-equipped gyms on the entire East Coast. Eventually, the gym grew to a faculty size of 22, and even has an olympic-sized indoor swimming pool, complete with all sorts of weight facilities, and three floors full of different machines and facilities, including a sauna and a new "gravity chamber", where people train in increased gravity environments to work in even rougher conditions, putting those who use it in peak condition and shape. Spin, Zumba, Yoga, Water Polo, and even more types of exercise formats and training is offered here.

What SGF is most known for, however, is its martial arts coaches. People come from all over the United States to study under Acaeus Vertis and other MMA coaches. Even though the gym is only four years old, it has sent various students to UFC, KotC, and Bellator championships, producing world-class fighters and champions. The Spartan Gym has even inspired recent gyms to follow the "Spartan" label, with various locations across the United States and Europe labeling themselves as part of the "Spartan" program. With heavy royalty fees to the original owner, of course.

However, the same principles that have inspired this gym's founding still exist to this day; regular membership fees are highly affordable, and on Thursdays, the homeless are allowed to train for free in the facility -- some say this is actually a guise to allow Type 3s to train in the facility, but nobody has any actual proof to confirm this. However, Spartan Gym and Fitness has upheld a very prestigious reputation, and nobody has ever come to challenge that sentiment. It might even be said that even though it has not stood for long, the gym and its brand have grown to be one of the most successful and recognized fitness centers in America, and have even created a clothing line with the help of Jean-Baptiste Lazare to sell luxury active clothes for men and women at rather high prices, to the point where they are considered hot fashion items outside of their usefulness. It would be quite the understatement to say that this gym is heavily looked up to, respected, and makes a pretty penny for the services offered year-round.

Acaeus has reassured every member that their membership fees will be given back to as he has decided to do a nice "remodeling" of it.

He is thankful to the WFD for their help in saving lives in the gym, and has offered a decent sum of donations to the Fire Department. They may have not saved the building, but they saved the people.
