Since this dream is still in the works, clearly we need to make good decisions for the dream. As I do insist and desire a good reputation for my dream, and my staff that WORKS for my dream, I am gonna be very very very picky on who is OOC staff...
All OOC Staff will be agreed upon with all TWO Dream Owners and Staff Manager HAVING to approve. We don't work as a team, and this dream will fall apart.
While this next position isn't "staff", persay, they play a heavy role in our IC community! They own one type of business or another in the dream. Every place you have discovered upon our map is owned or managed by someone!
While there are still some places which have not been assigned via OOC, an npc will take care of its 'management' in IC. If you're interested to know what buildings have yet to have an OC in control of it, just message one of the Admins or Staff Manager! one of us will be able to enlighten you.
These people have some type of significance, in one way or another, in effecting the community. So don't miss out, they're all stars!

Activity on Forums and Dream is a must You help run the machine. So when you are available on the computer and roleplaying in other dreams? I fully expect you to be on your OOC alt as well, helping where need be.
Reflection Anything gets back to me about you talking bad about anyone in public room chat, about talking badly about dreams, anything in general without saying something to that person you have a problem with? And you're gone. I will not tolerate backstabbing two faced bitches. Yeah, I'm blunt as fuck about that. Our dream, is not going to become a drama center. You got a problem with someone? You're gonna be a mature mofo who discusses their problems like adults.
You will be expected to be friendly to everyone in the dream. Absolutely. Does that mean you gotta talk to strangers if you have anxiety? No. I don't expect you to push your mental issues you have to the max for my dream. What I expect is professional attitudes. This is a job in a literal sense in my mind, so I'm gonna treat it like one.
Knowledge is Power Which is why you get power and thusly responsbility. IT ALL CONNECTS! Neat right!? What I mean by this phrase is, you MUST know all of Dream Lore. Species Lore. What we are aiming towards and what we aren't. What the dream is all about and what it won't accept. You GOTTA know this, because we Admons, are not gonna be relied on for common FAQ that's already posted on the forums. Please. Please. I know this is a lot to ask of you, and that's WHY you get Share and a special spot in the dream. Know your lore and rules
Breaks are a necessity If you don't want to get on for a week or so because of some stuff that you went through, just....TELL us. Communicate it to us. Listen, we all got real lives too. We are human beings, we get it. Just COMMUNICATE please. Or if you just wanna get on and roleplay away the problems but not deal with dream stuff, again. A little "hey not in the mood to staff today, can you take over?" is a nice courteousy.
Respect Open Door Policy IF ANYONE unless it's suicide or something else, ANYONE comes to you about issues with someone else or information and they ask you to not repeat it? DON'T. That includes if they trust you staff, with weaknesses, strengths of their character. The only exception to this is that if it is in fact, Character Weakness Strengths, or ways they can tie their character lore into our lore etc. That will have to be shared to Moderators/Dream Owners. But otherwise anything else? NO. Do not.
Silence Ruling Sometimes, we just don't get along. There's no solution, me personally. I've had two people so far I've had to do this with. It's a sad thing, something I don't like to do. But there's just no compromise and you just gotta cut your losses. It is your responsibility that if you see someone who you have on silence rule, to tell someone else to deal with them. I absolutely will not ask you to breach your silence rule for the dream. That's just ridiclous. It is NOT required of a dream patron to speak to someone they have SR just because they are staff, and attempting to force it is a DIRECT VIOLATION.
Two Dreams? Who needs that stress I will not at all hire another OOC Staff member from another dream. I also expect as a OOC member, that you will not apply for another dream in a OOC Staff position. Why's that? Because it's not right of me to pull someone away from a dream they already agreed to help out in, and it's not right of you to try and pull yourself in two different directions with more stress. Games should be fun not stressful. Think of it in a way of me helping you. You helping me. Solely.
Tag The Dream On your OOC alt that you have in the dream. I want people to know WHO you are so they can REACH out to you. Don't be a dickwad and publicize us in OTHER dreams. Just my dream and the alt you are going to be on for Staffing Purposes please.
Bragging/Abuse of Power Do. Not. Do This. I even remind you with staff command list. Do not at all, ever, abuse your damn power or brag that you are staff. I don't brag, I never have. I fully expect you to not do the same.
Mandatory Meeting We will have a mandatory meeting each month when we start into the process of Grand Opening, to have a mic meeting amongst OOC Staff Manager, Dream Owners, and OOC Staff to meet and discuss what is happening in the dream, how it's going, and how it could be improved.
If you are too shy to talk, that's fine. But I still insist you at least LISTEN in and contribute when you feel comfortable to. Again I'm understanding of anxiety, I have it. Know a lot of youth kids that have it. It's completely fine, not gonna push you out of your comfort zone. To listen is helpful, to speak when you feel comfortable? Even more helpful. Because then you'll really state what is on your mind, which is what I want in these meetings. Any issues between Staff will be resolved by Staff Manager unless he cannot handle it and has to bring it to Adminstrators. Again, you were all hired because you were expected to be adults. So finding a compromise between each other is the best method I can suggest.

Due to much consideration and discussion amongst all three of us. It has been determined that we do not need OOC Staff at the moment. So there will be no applications given out.
Do not ask for one Do not push for one. But if you are interested please feel free to reach out to Tyran, our Staff Manager. This does not mean you will be able to be staff, but he will certainly pass along the interest, and we will keep your name in mind.
