Population ▮▮▮▮▯▯▯▯▯▯ - Wealth ▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▯ - Crime ▮▮▯▯▯▯▯▯▯▯ - Supernatural ▮▮▮▮▮▯▯▯▯▯
//////////The Central Business District, or CBD, is the economic and governmental hub of the city. It's where you will find your corporate offices, city governance, and luxury housing. Because of its economic status, the restaurants and retail that are found in the district are typically high-end and higher priced.
Establishments
////////////// Bramford Grand Hotel ★★★★★ | $$$$+
Originally opened in 1911 by R.L. Hyde, The Grand Hotel looms as a beacon of luxury. With its expansive marble lobby, three-story columns, and decadent lounge, the hotel was the premiere destination for all visitors to the city of Bramford, and still is to this day. The premises boasts a Five Star rating for its refurbished rooms with modern fixtures, concierge, porter, laundry and room services, complimentary internet and television, as well as housing the plush Grand Hotel Bar. Rooms can be booked online.
Bramford Police Department
The Bramford Police Department has a forceful reputation. Heavy-handed in its authority, there is an undercurrent of corruption in some, but not all, of its departments and officers are not known for their compassion nor their understanding. The building itself is recently refurbished, imposing yet modern in stark contrast to its counterpart in the courthouse. The premises houses offices, an armory and evidence locker, and a handful of jail cells for inmates awaiting trial or transfer, or those that have committed misdemeanors.
Bramford Disctrict Courthouse
Built in 1803, to commemorate the centennial of the Bramford Witch Trials, the District Courthouse stands as an historical monument to the principles on which the city of Bramford was founded. Its dramatic and imposing facade is considered the city's most auspicious landmark. On its roof stands a statue of Hamish Harding, the presiding judge during the first trials and the judge that famously sentenced Agnes Warren to death. Inside you will find civil service offices and state-of-the-art courtrooms.
Les Nomades ★★★★★ | $$$$+
Les Nomades is an award-winning French restaurant located in the heart of Bramford. It began as a private dining club before being revolutionized for the new era. With an award winning wine list, beautiful romantic dining rooms and ambiance enhanced with lovely fresh floral arrangements, they provide warm excellent service. Tables at Les Nomades are often in high demand and so a reservation is recommended. Dress Code: requesting jackets for gentlemen, smart attire for all.

New Judea
Population ▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▯▯▯ - Wealth ▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▯▯▯ - Crime ▮▮▮▮▮▮▯▯▯▯ - Supernatural ▮▮▯▯▯▯▯▯▯▯
//////////From the moment of its settlement, Bramford has had a notable Jewish population, with significant numbers still settled there today. New Judea is named for its founders and residents. One of Bramford's more wealthy districts, it is home to historic city landmarks and one of Bramford's more influential crime families, The Ayin Ha'Ra.
Establishments
////////////// Wise Sons Delicatessen ★★★★★ | $-$$
Wise Sons Deli is one of the oldest, continually operated restaurants in Bramford and has been a beloved city icon for 65 years. It is home to the city's awarded Best Pastrami Sandwich, making lines during lunch hour extend out the door. You can also pick up some groceries while you wait; Wise Sons has a full deli counter stocked with kosher staples, or you can choose to grab a cup of coffee. Don't be fooled by its innocent history, however. Rumor has it, it's a front for The Ayin Ha'Ra, the Jewish Mafia.
Beth Shalom Synagogue
As far as city landmarks go, Beth Shalom Synagogue is by far the most stunning to be found in Bramford. Located in the heart of New Judea, the synagogue has stood for over 150 years. It is the district's center of worship, but tourists flock to the temple daily to view its historical art and architecture. It is a functioning synagogue, so those who belong to the faith may attend temple in this breathtaking structure. It is also available to hire for weddings and other events, but due to its popularity, the waiting list can be quite long.
Drachmann Family Jeweler ★★★★★ | $$$$+
Drachmann Family Jeweler, established in 1939, is a family owned and operated business. It has occupied the same premises for 75 years and is considered the city's premiere provider of of fine jewels and precious gems. Its interior boasts high ceilings, excellent lighting, and rich, mahogany walls and is easily recognizable as a landmark that has been featured in numerous films throughout its lifetime. Its highly-trained, helpful staff and its proximity to the CBD has ensured its success throughout the decades.
The Northern Club ★★★★★ | $$$+
Since 1763, The Northern Club has been Bramford's premiere and most exclusive member's only club. Its members include the city's elite: the wealthy, the influential. It's a place to rub elbows with the Mayor, the Police Commissioner, corporate heads and celebrities. The historic premises boasts a manicured ivy facade, a restaurant and bar, a smoking lounge, and private accommodation for its members. The club has an air of mystery about it, shrouded in rumors of a secret society that makes its home within its walls.

Little Italy
Population ▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▯▯▯ - Wealth ▮▮▮▮▮▯▯▯▯▯ - Crime ▮▮▮▮▮▮▯▯▯▯ - Supernatural ▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▯
//////////Bramford has the largest population of Italian Americans in the United States, as well as the third largest Italian population outside of Italy. As such, their influence is deeply entrenched with La Mano Destra, the Italian Mafia, calling it home. As one of Bramford's more affordable districts, most of its establishments are comfortable and locally owned.
Establishments
////////////// Fresco Laundromat ★★★ | $
Fresco Laundromat is slightly rundown, linoleum peeling in corners and along counters, and the staff aren't particularly friendly, but they're fast and skilled. It's a neighborhood landmark, boasting dry cleaning services, individual and industrial washers and dryers that aren't fancy but get the job done and leave your laundry smelling, well, fresco. The cash register is ancient and you'll need coin, but no one tends to complain because the family that owns it, the Morello family, is known to have ties to La Mano Destra, the Italian Mafia.
Tony's Grocery e Vino ★★★★★ | $-$$
Tony's Grocery feels more like a home pantry than a supermarket, its shelving overflowing with Italian goods, lovingly cured meats and imported cheeses, fresh produce, and wine. If you find yourself in need of a recommendation, a good Chianti or preparation for burrata, Tony himself is almost always in the store, working the register or whatever odd job needs doing; he even fixes his own fridges when they're on the fritz. If there's any doubt that Tony will make you feel well taken care of, just try leaving without a pignoli, on the house.
Mama Antonia's Trattoria ★★★★ | $$-$$$
The classic Italian eatery might not be the fanciest restaurant in Bramford, but it's certainly one of the best. Complete with red-checkered table cloths, Mama's is known for its simple, authentic tomato sauce, but if you're in the mood for something spicier, she makes an Amatriciana you won't likely forget. The trattoria is steadily busy, boasting a wood-fire pizza oven, take-out and delivery services. Be sure to tip generously, Mama's not just a chef. Word is she's also head of the Benedetti family, the other half of La Mano Destra.
Rosso Tobacconist / Il Ragno Rosso ★★★★ | $$-$$$
Since its establishment, Rosso Tobacconist has been Bramford's premiere smoke shop. From cigars to vapes, you will find all your nicotine needs met by its quality products and knowledgeable staff. Rumor has it there's a door somewhere that, if you know the password, leads to a speakeasy of the supernatural variety, untouched since it opened in 1921 save for the addition of a few modern conveniences. The owner is an infamous recluse, his obsessive need for privacy only feeding the speculation about its true nature.

South Madison
Population ▮▮▮▮▯▯▯▯▯▯ - Wealth ▮▮▮▮▯▯▯▯▯▯ - Crime ▮▮▯▯▯▯▯▯▯▯ - Supernatural ▮▮▮▮▮▯▯▯▯▯
//////////South Madison is Bramford's arts district. It is very community focused with its emphasis on small business and fair trade. It's where you will find your galleries, theatres, and second hand and vintage shops. South Madison is one of Bramford's more affordable areas and draws a vast cross section of the population to its trendy establishments.
Establishments
////////////// Radcliffe Gallery ★★★★ | $-$$$
The Racliffe Gallery prides itself on displaying the works of local and regional artists in a variety of mediums. While it does not fall under the classification for Fine Art, its owner has an educated and well-trained eye when selecting pieces to grace its walls. Here, you can find everything you'd need to decorate your home, from paintings and sculptures to textiles and prints. The gallery even promotes and enriches the community by hosting classes run by various, volunteer artists in the community center classrooms once a month.
Mea Culpa ★★★★ | $$-$$$
Easily the trendiest spot in all of South Madison, Mea Culpa is a specialty cocktail bar. Dim lights and small tables give the narrow floor space an intimate feel while a team of bartenders work behind the bar to craft drinks, the rhythmic shake-shake of ice against metal permeating the space over the hum of low music. You won't find any cocktails you recognize on the menu and the beer list is made up of locally brewed crafts and micro brews. Opt for a Black Doris negroni or, if you prefer something more refreshing, the guava and mint Tom Collins is a local favorite.
Madison Community Center
The Madison Community Center is the crux of South Madison. Most of the staff volunteer their time organizing events and supporting the community. It houses classrooms for various subjects ranging from dance to art and more. There is a free family planning facility on the premises and outside is a basketball court and exercise equipment that's free to use. The bulletin board is updated frequently with upcoming activities and events, for those inclined to enrich themselves, and the center is always looking for more volunteers to assist the community.
Flashbacks Thrift Shop ★★★★ | $-$$
If you're looking for that unique outfit at a reasonable price, to fulfill all your vintage dreams, or are even just in need of a cheap bookshelf, Flashbacks has what you're looking for. As the most widely known second hand shop in the city, they have the largest selection of gently-used items available and you'll find a fair deal whether you're buying or selling. New stock arrives every Tuesday, so get in early to make sure you get your pick. If you're in need of work, they are always on the lookout for help sorting their stock.
Apollo Theatre ★★★★ | $-$$
Built in 1948, the Apollo is one of the city's most eye-catching landmarks. To this day, it has most of its original fixtures: ornate carvings and gilding graces its box office, its stage, its plush chairs, and that iconic, red-velvet curtain. It doubles as both a theatre for live shows and movies, the selection of what's playing listed in bright lights above its entrance with their posters lining the street below. Arrive early to treat yourself at the concession stand; the venue offers alcoholic beverages for those of age.

East Hudson
Population ▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▯▯▯ - Wealth ▮▯▯▯▯▯▯▯▯▯ - Crime ▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▯ - Supernatural ▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▯▯▯
//////////East Hudson is arguably the city's most notorious district. Home to Mudos Malos, it has the highest crime rate out of any of Bramford’s nine districts. Its population is the most impoverished in the city, its residents catered to by second-hand shops and cheap restaurants: the kind known to water down the booze.
Establishments
////////////// DeShawn's Pawn & Gun ★★★ | $-$$$$+
If you need some quick cash or are looking to pick up something cheap and shiny, DeShawn's Pawn is where you'll want to head. It has a bit of a reputation for ripping off its clientele, but those in the know might be able to sweet-talk the clerk into selling them something from the back room: stolen goods and unregistered weapons with the serial numbers filed off. For those law-abiding citizens, Deshawn's sells ammo, legal weapons, and the shop houses a firing range, if you're wanting to try out something new.
Baby's Diner ★★★ | $-$$
50's style cornerstone of East Hudson, this greasy spoon is wholly a mixing pot of America at it's finest. Enjoy burgers, shakes, malts, pies, and other classics. Don't expect up-do's or poodle skirt - Baby, a miss Chantel Chadwick, is an ex biker and former gang member, she's just found new footing in the restaurant business. It's a little less friendly than your usual diner, but don't worry, it'll clog your arteries just the same.
Columbia Park
The park hosts less greenery than it does cement, but it boasts an old, metal jungle gym, swing sets, and chess tables. The trees and shrubs are fenced off as purely decorative and enough benches line the edges that you'll find somewhere to sit despite its popularity. During the day, mothers flock to the playground as old folks utilize the chess tables. There's always a waiting list to play and cutting in line is a punishable offense. At night, the park becomes less friendly, notorious for its gang activity, and is best avoided after dark.
Hush Hush ★ | $-$$$
Hush Hush is a strip club, untouched by lights from the street in the way that turns two hours into nine. Girls dance on the stage downstairs, wandering under the glow of pink and purple neon as they offer drinks and dances, while the boys occupy the stage upstairs. There are rooms for private dances, though the stickiness in the carpet would suggest that maybe you could get more bang for your buck than laws allow if you're willing to cough up. Be careful about starting trouble here; Mudos Malos does their dealings here.
Dockside Sports Bar ★★ | $-$$
Dockside is just Hooters without the licensing. Everything's just a little bit worse than you'd find in the behemoth sports bar chain: the drinks are a little weaker; the tables a little stickier; the wings and the girls a little less hot and a lot greasier. Its a popular East Hudson haunt, a place to grab a meal while you pretend you're a little bit wholesome, because hey, the girls are wearing tops. Flat screens are mounted on each wall and you can be sure that at least one of your teams is on screen whether you're into football or basketball.
Bramford Backpackers ★★ | $-$$$
Bramford Backpackers is the cheapest accommodation you'll find in the city. Don't let that color your opinion, however, it's a tidy facility with decent enough rooms, though you'll want to bring your own linens and the bathrooms are shared. Rooms can be private, or you can rent a bed in a shared room, the cheapest available housing 6 guests on twin bunk beds. The shared space consists of a courtyard and kitchen, amenities including a television, cable, and a small library of books that are free to take, as long as you leave one in its place.

Chelsea Wharf
Population ▮▮▮▮▯▯▯▯▯▯ - Wealth ▮▮▮▯▯▯▯▯▯▯ - Crime ▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▯▯▯ - Supernatural ▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▯▯▯
//////////Chelsea Wharf is Bramford's industrial district and home to the city's main shipping warehouse. It's also home to Chelsea Beach, a popular tourist destination, and the establishments found in the district capitalize on the influx of visitors to its shores. Shops and restaurants in the area cater to these tourists and the Wharf is home to Bramford's only casino.
Establishments
////////////// Madam Parsons' Psychic Services ★★★ | $-$$$$+
Owned and operated by Psychic Medium Annie Parsons, Madam Parsons' is a Chelsea Wharf icon. Tourists flock to her shop to have their fortunes told; the newly bereaved seek her for some semblance of closure. There is some debate around the legitimacy of her talents, though true believers will tell you she is the best in the business and rumor has it, she offers more services than advertised: for the right price. Along with psychic services, Madam Parsons' is the premiere shop to purchase occult paraphernalia and books.
Oceanside Casino ★ | $-$$$$+
The Oceanside Casino opened its doors in the mid 1980s and has not been updated since. Wildly patterned carpeting clashes with the upholstery while slot machines flash, occasionally heralding a hawaiian-clad tourist's good luck. The card tables aren't much better, though they have been equipped with automatic shufflers to keep counting at a minimum. Waitresses wander the aisles in tasseled garb peddling drinks and deep-fried appetizers. Oceanside is better used to kill time during low tide than it is for serious gambling.
Chelsea Beach
Chelsea Beach is not a beautiful beach by any stretch of the word, but it is the most beautiful beach in Bramford. During the day, hordes of pale-chested tourists flock to the shore smelling of sunscreen and tanning oil, bright colored umbrellas and towels littering the sand as waves break and children cry. At night everything shuts, the sand deserted for Bramford's theatres and restaurants. Technically the beach closes, though a seedier population graces the shore in the dark under the wharf the warehouse sits on.
Chelsea Wharf Warehouse
The Chelsea Wharf Warehouse is an unwelcoming, concrete graveyard for shipping containers and cheap, imported goods. The main structure itself is an unimpressive, albeit large, sheet metal building with no distinguishing feature save for the rust gracing its walls. It caters to the only port in Bramford and, as such, has a monopoly on imports and exports that spurs rumors of more illicit contraband than knock-off Barbies. At night, there's whispers of a fight club that pass among the violently inclined as they break its first rule.
Family Bar ★★★ | $-$$$
Housed in hollowed out, conjoined shipping containers, for most, Family Bar is just "Family." Bramford's most notorious gay bar, it hosts anything from raves to weddings. It's exclusive in the way that regulars are waved the cover charge on weekends and the VIP area is not the kind you can pay to be in. Don't let the grim outside fool you. Inside, the club is literally aglow with multi-colored neon lights in the walls, the bar, even the floor. It is undoubtedly the best place in Bramford to put on your dancing shoes and let your hair down.

New Cambridge
Population ▮▮▮▮▮▯▯▯▯▯ - Wealth ▮▮▮▮▮▯▯▯▯▯ - Crime ▮▮▯▯▯▯▯▯▯▯ - Supernatural ▮▮▮▮▮▯▯▯▯▯
//////////New Cambridge is so called for the New Cambridge University campus. The campus is one of the greener districts in Bramford, boasting plush, manicured lawns between ornate, historic brick buildings and it is home to Bramford's teaching hospital. Their mascot is Black William, a black, horned buck goat.
Establishments
////////////// Victor F. Shelley Library
Victor F. Shelley Library is named after New Cambridge University's first president for the sizable contribution he bequeathed to the university upon his death. This included a large collection of historical documents that saw Shelley Library become home to one of the country's largest collection of first edition printings. The building itself is an impressive work of craftsmanship, two floors of floor-to-ceiling books with open air between, allowing for a beautiful view of the mahogany interior, and a copper dome above.
Fairheart Teaching Hospital
Fairheart Teaching Hospital is Bramford's district hospital and the major healthcare provider for the city. It is located off-campus, though it borders New Cambridge University's medical school. At Fairheart, there are two key academic missions integrated into the clinical mission: research and education. Fairheart not only houses state-of-the-art medical technology, but receives funds from grants and clinical trials that are fundamental to the development of new treatments.
Stevenson Lecture Hall
New Cambridge University was founded in 1836 and the Stevenson Lecture Hall belongs to the original campus. Named for Dr. Henry Stevenson, a respected surgical professor and major contributor to the university, it is spacious, evocative of a time in academia pre-technology that was exclusive to the wealthy and the upper class. Its exterior boasts smooth stone, while the interior gleams with polished mahogany and high ceilings that cause lecturers' voices to echo naturally to students in the back of the theaters.
Petit Bocal ★★★ | $-$$
Petit Bocal, or Little Jar as it is in English, is the NCU campus's most popular cafe. White walls and big windows leave the cafe with a light and bright atmosphere, bare bulbs dangling from the ceiling for extra illumination. Petit Bocal offers espresso coffee, baked goods, and cabinet food as well as having an all-day cooked menu on offer for those eating in. It's the best brunch spot in the city and as such, it's busy but worth every minute of the wait. They also offer a student discount with a valid ID!

K-town
Population ▮▮▮▮▯▯▯▯▯▯ - Wealth ▮▮▮▮▮▯▯▯▯▯ - Crime ▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▯▯ - Supernatural ▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▮▯▯
//////////In 1879, the first bathhouse brothel was founded in Bramford. Koreatown, now mostly known as simply 'K-town', sprouted up around it and is now one of Bramford's most iconic districts. The establishments found there are products of the culture and it is a popular destination despite rumored ties to the mysterious gang, the Jong-i Kal.
Establishments
////////////// The Strand ★ | $-$$
The Strand is not an official title, but an affectionate nickname given to the alley by residents and visitors alike. It runs behind the main street in K-Town, strictly pedestrian and not entirely legal. Canvas canopies line the stone walls of the buildings flanking either side, tables covered in cheap plastic table cloths boasting handmade, refurbished and imported goods for sale in the sketchy, retail valley. Haggling is acceptable and encouraged, though vendors will do their best to swindle as many customers as they can out of their precious cash.
Top Culture Lounge ★★★★ | $-$$
A korean style noraebang, or karaoke lounge, private rooms line a back wall, a public lounge centered in floor to ceiling racks of possibly legitimate pop culture merchandise. Anything from anime, gaming, to some music memorabilia - if you want something to signify you're a fan, they sell it. Serving bar style Korean food and drinks, it's a late night stop for college students and office drones a-like. Nothing quite relieves stress as well as singing off key to your favorite OST.
East Day Spa ★★★★ | $$-$$$$+
East Day Spa is Bramford's premiere location for a little self-love. The establishment offers a variety of spa services and packages with a contemporary, Eastern flair including: six types of massage; facials for many skin types; baths and spas; manicures and pedicures. The interior showcases a relaxing, Asian minimalist influence with natural woods and soft lighting, clean white textiles and plush, leather seating. Staff will greet you in hushed voices and with calm demeanors. Here you will find everything you need to de-stress, but for a hefty price tag.
Hot'N Roll Hot Pot ★★★ | $-$$$
Hot'N Roll Hot Pot is K-town's iconic cultural restaurant. It's open 24 hours, seven days a week and offers hot pot bbq as well as a full, standard menu, takeout and delivery serving all nine of Bramford's districts. Tables with grills to heat your food with your company, a uniquely tasty dining experience. It's rumored that the Jong-i Kal call the restaurant home; if you dare, you can try and gain entry to the back rooms for more-than-high stakes gambling.

Wollstone Park
Population ▯▯▯▯▯▯▯▯▯▯ - Wealth ▮▮▮▮▮▯▯▯▯▯ - Crime ▮▮▮▮▯▯▯▯▯▯ - Supernatural ▮▮▮▮▮▯▯▯▯▯
//////////Wollstone Park is Bramford's largest park. It is an expanse of green in a sea of gray, a refuge in the city for those with a stronger connection to nature. It's beautiful during the day with a good deal to see and do, though residents will warn you to avoid the park at night; sometimes howling can be heard from its trees, though there are no wolves in Bramford.
Establishments
////////////// Wollstone Lake
Wollstone Lake is a natural body of water that has existed since the city's settlement. As Bramford grew up around it, the lake retained a good sized plot of land that the park now occupies today. In the 1920s, the lake became threatened by a dramatic increase in construction throughout the city, its waters siphoned and used on construction sites until the lake had shrunk by a third of its volume. Today, the lake and surrounding area is protected, a reserve in the heart of the city that is beloved by its residents.
Ice Rink
Wollstone Park's indoor ice rink is open year-round for recreational use by the residents of and visitors to Bramford. The interior of the building has been outfitted beautifully with aesthetic lighting that makes the attraction one of Bramford's best places to entertain a date. They offer skates for rent, though any seasoned skater is welcome to bring their own. There are lockers on the premises to store your belongings while you're out on the ice and, if you're less athletically-inclined, there is a stand so you can spectate.
Boathouse
Wollstone Lake's Boathouse has the honor of being the first building constructed within the park. While it no longer houses boats, it has been converted to an event hall available to rent for parties, weddings, and receptions. The interior is refurbished, though it still showcases much of the original conversion such as the mahogany flooring originally laid in 1899. Floor-to-ceiling windows look out over the lake with doors that open onto a porch overlooking the water. It comes with its own catering facilities and staff, though you can choose to hire your own.
Winter Gardens
The Winter Gardens stand on the opposite side of the lake to the boathouse, each one visible from the other. The building is almost as old as the boathouse, its stone foundation supporting an intricate network of iron and glass that arches over the gardens to meet overhead. The name is misleading; the gardens are open to the public year-round, beautifully manicured and maintained, and they give off an eerie sense of old-world greenery that transports you through time. Take a walk along the shoreline after viewing the garden for a truly romantic day.
