Rules

    ----
As standard with every group you'll join, we have some rules we'd like our members to adhere to. They are as followed, and essentially non-negotiable.
    ----

Canon Characters: we appreciate this is an iffy subject for many players, so to cut the drama, we will not allow canon characters to join the group or enter the group's dream. However they does not mean you can't interact with us in other dreams.

No Gods or Goddesses: this is pretty self explanatory, we'd like to keep a nice distance from scifi. Weres are welcome, and those with magical abilities. However they will still be held to the 'No God Mode' rule down below.

No God Mode: as in, your character must have some weaknesses, and must be fair when it comes to spars / battles / raids. We will use dice rolls to determine the damage during events etc. Overpowered characters leave a bad taste in everyone's mouth, so please don't bring them in here.

Differences / Drama: OOC drama is likely caused by some form of miscommunication. We encourage open and clear communication between our players at all times, and using the 'ignore' command if you simply cannot resolve your differences. However if you do use it, please let Trygve know for any potential issues when it comes to IC events. If you are suffering severe bullying etc, please escalate as per Furcadia's Silence Rule.

Realism: we encourage as much realism as possible when it comes to the 'viking way of life'. Your character does not have to be viking to join the group and dream, but will have to follow their standards and way of life whilst active in both. Here is an informative link to give you some more information on how things worked. Though we do also understand that this is simply a fun pastime for people and do not wish to limit any kind of magical ability, or quirks you've constructed your character with.

Post Size: we require all our players to write at minimum four lines per post in public areas. The owners are detail fiends, sorry.

Events: you are more than welcome to host your own events, but if they will affect the dream's plot or hold's physical makeup ICly then you must get approval from Trygve. Please feel free to post them in the 'Events' forum section, and let us know when it's happening so we can add it to the 'Events' page, and even announce it in the dream beforehand.
