Hunters These are the ones that fulfill the contracts with the Judge and the person who asked for the contract.

Watchers These are the ones that watch the hunters and the Fresh Grims. Along with keeping an eye on the else that are retiring. This role is important for the have to step in and subdue the hunters or another Grim that strays from the task/path.

Rouges These are Grims that are hunted and most likely killed.

You may have noticed that some names are in two areas and that can be accurate. Rouge Grims are ones that either are brand new, to old, or unhinged. The later will be black listed and hunted (killed only when allowed. For now they will always get away). As we mentioned freshly made grims and old grims will have trouble controlling their selves. So until they are taught the new ones will be babysat. The old ones will be retired and judged the first sign they go rogue.
