City of Neon and Broken Glass

The City is a dark, dank place, filled with lowlifes, vigilantes, and detectives. It is subject to an almost constant rain, with occasional thunder. A noir themed sci fi world, there's lots of tech by the wayside. Other cities in this universe may have all modern advancements, but the City gave up on them years ago.

After all, the City is no longer able to access the outside world at all.

A massive bubble arches up from around the city, closing in the million plus inhabitants. There has been no contact since the bubble went up twelve years ago. Why did it go up? No one knows....

The City is rife with crime, filled with those who would take the few resources left and keep them for themselves. There are, however, those who would stop them: police, detectives, and vigilantes.

Will your character join them? Or will they be a criminal, doing what they can in the dusk?
