Ranks
Councils
Elders are far and few between, and are from any class. In truth Elders are merely those that have survived the longest. Usually oldest in age or those that have survived many a vicious attack throughout their history, although they are not always the wisest, they do learn from the past. Their job is to help guide and give advice to the bloodline in rule at the time
Elite Nobles
Elite nobles are the highest of the species, born and bred usually with one another. They bare both forehead and nose markings. As well as markings usually under eyes. Markings can vary in color from common to rare depending on their genetic blood line. All Elite Nobles are placed by elders with their mates. They and nobles are the only classes that usually can NOT pick who they end up with. Elite Nobles are respected above all else even by elders, and are equivalent to those of high royalty on land.
Nobles
Nobles are a class that only supports ONE of the elite noble facial markings. Nobles are usually partnered with other Nobles unless their are very little elites around. Which as resulted in mixed pairing between the classes if the elders deemed it fit. Nobles are usually taught a trade such as warrior or healing classes, and will study along side with the Elite Nobles. Nobles can get respect from common and elders, but typically show respect to elites
Commoners
Common are usually those that are noble breed with common or common to common. Most commons pick their own mates, and as such stay within their class. They do not typically produce facial markings and if they do they are very light. Usually under their bottom lip or eyes. Their bodies themselves do not typically have heavy or detailed markings. And it is rare to see rare hair or fur in this class. NOTE that those born into slavery or bred in captivity though can actually have rarer colors due to them not being paired genetically with those that some what share a close relation.
Hunters
Are typically common born or those that have lowered themselves to that level. They do have noble and elites sometimes among their ranks though they are viewed as leaders. Hunters are the heavy fighters and sometimes the pawns in both every day life and war. They are agile, quick and are ruthless in most underwater battle tactics.
Within the hunter class are Trackers which are a mix of of majesties they are the bloodhounds of the species. With keener eyes and scent abilities they are able to track trails several days old on land or in water
Guardians
Guardians are typically a mixed class though most commonly seen are elites and nobles. They are typically offspring of upper lines or children of councils. Noble guardians are those that travel and learn the world. They report back to the council things they have seen or found. While Elites typically are trained to learn the council ways. They may travel as well, but it is rare unless they are going with the being they have been assigned to watch over.

Build
Female Height: - 5"5 - 6"0
Male Height: - 5"10 - 6"6
Keep in mind it is not uncommon for heights to vary between the genders let a lone how they are bred. Though overly tall or short Suesai whether purebred or mix should still be discussed. Almost all free born Suesai have an athletic like swimmer build. Though females can have mild curves as men can have mild stockiness. It is not uncommon to see slave born Suesai more chunkier or lithe in build.
XXXX Ears
CLICK FOR VISUAL
All ears have fish like webbing on the inside usually portraying to the outside of ears. If they lack this it is due to mixed breeding or impure genetic mutations.
Ears can have scales lacing the fur on the upper part, but scales and fur will not be on the inside/underside. Ears can either be pointed at the tip or lion rounded. Webbing will be the same color as the webbing(fins) and between digits.
XXXX Eyes
CLICK FOR VISUAL
Eye coloring can vary slightly in shades, there have been rumored cases of different or unseen eye colors--though like off hair colors it is highly frowned upon. All eyes have a bioluminescent glow to them; as well as slit cat like pupils -Note The sclera of the eyes can become white when out or away from water for any extended period time. Other wise the sclera is presently black. Suesai do NOT have tear ducts-thus unable to cry." Many believe the black helps hold or absorb what little light is under water; thus helping them see in darker placer and caverns.
XXXX Tongue
CLICK FOR VISUAL
Tongue coloring can very slightly in shades. Purple and white are only to be seen on Albens or Stellans lines, all tongues are roughly seven to nine inches in length. Fading at black at the base to a luminescent tipping at the tip. All tongues are chilled to the touch. And rubbery slippery in texture.
FangsCLICK FOR VISUAL
All purebred's incisors are curved inward, almost shark like, while those of mixed blood are average shape and position. Both lower and upper incisors curve inward with an odd hook almost shark like appearance. Incisors are in fact on average between half an
inch to an inch larger and longer than most species, making the Suesai formidable predators.
XXXX Hair
Hair can vary by a few shades.
Dirty Blonde - Strawberry Blonde - Winter Blonde - Silver - White
Hair can be any length and can be straight, wavy or curly. Though curls are usually frowned upon because it is harder to be water resistant. All hair can vary in the shades that are produced. Though any shade of black, red, ombre or two toned is demand taboo and often made to be shaved or kept short.
XXXX Venom
Is most commonly found in the male of the species, located in their lower incisors, however on the rare occasion a female or two have been found equipped with the potent venom found in their systems. (Females will have to be approved)
Similar to a adult snakes and spiders they are able to control their venom input when biting. Venom does NOT seem to bother colder blooded creatures. Though for warm to hot blooded it can cause severe damage to the nervous system depending on the output, causing the victim to become seriously ill to the point where the respiratory system will fail if a hefty dose is ingested.
Note - a common cure for those that have been bitten, or have ingested venom from a male, is the saliva of a female Suesai to be mixed into the blood stream of infected person. Any female will do though it is rumored elite females have the strongest antibodies in their saliva.
XXXX Fur
All fur is sleek in look and soft in texture, its closest comparison would be to that of the common seal, although far thicker, providing protection against the elements. Mutated colors now seen range from a darker cream to a rich dark chocolate(almost black). Albino white, red based furs, blue-black or purple-black furs are still not allowed. One albino exists.
MarkingsColoring from most common to rare.
Blood red, molten gold, sea teal, magenta, aquatic blue and silver
Markings can fluctuate between two closest colors when surged with emotions,
but is rarely seen now. Though some Elite nobles are still said to carry this trait.
Only Stellis's line can produce actual purple markings. This line was supposedly killed
off though, it is rumored there is still three remaining from within that blood line, a set of triplets.(Stellans)
Only Albens is the only Suesai ever known to be born with actual white markings.
Only able to see when in the dark.
All markings range from lines, swirls to pattern simplistic designs. There are no tribal/ruin markings seen. Animal print is also not seen though stripe like markings are allowed. Later generations, majesty's, do not support markings on their tails typically unless it was bred in their trait. Newer generations have also carried what looks to be PASTEL versions of said colors.
Note - Markings can be anywhere on the body, but only elite noble bloodlines will support markings on both their foreheads and nose bridge. Where nobles will support markings only on their foreheads. Commons will not support either but can carry markings under eyes, cheekbones and jaw line area.
XXXX Scales
Coloring from most common to rare.
Reds, oranges, greens, yellows, purples, blues, silver and black.
Note that black scales are closer to a charcoal in coloring and is typically a minor color in scale clustering. Scales cover certain areas such as; ears, face, shoulders, arms, chest, hips, legs and feet, however they can not overlay over webbing/fin like substance. Later generations do not usually extend heavily on back, spine or tail, though sections can possibly be seen in noble and elite breeding's
Note - scales are usually mixed in a pair of two colors. Which is why there is no common to rare coloring for these. Though mixed they will have a dominate color that is seen plainly to the eye where the secondary color will most likely be very faint if not highlighted. NOT all Suesai's have two scale colors, but all scales have a shiny gem like appearance to them.
XXXX Webbing
CLICK FOR VISUAL
Blood red, molten gold, Orange, sea teal, vibrant yellow, magenta, aquatic blue, silver and black.
Webbing can vary in color. Note any webbing lingering on green shades or vibrant orange are only allowed due to being approved for specific reasons. All webbing is a see-through of color. The substance itself is actually a rather dense material and NOT easily torn.
Note - Webbing's usually come in a pair - often matching the bioluminescent coloring but NOT always. Webbing is between all digits, inside/underside of ears. Webbing can also be at the base of tail, calves or ankles. It can also be seen but not limited to; underside of tail, tail tipping, spine and forearms.
XXXX Fins
Fin coloring from most common to rare, they range in an array of different blended shades.
Reds, oranges, greens, purples, blues, silver and black.
All fins are the same texture and coloring as the webbing between digits and ears, transparent in nature no matter the color pigment.
Note - Fin placement is most commonly seen on legs. Whether placed on the back of calves or base of ankles. It can also be placed on any arm region, typically any where on the tail. As well as underside of tail to tail tuff. This ranges no matter what bloodline they carry, and can also carry over to mix breeds, who can actually have more fin substance and webbing then pure bloods.
TailsCLICK FOR VISUAL
All tails are lion based and do have a tuft of hair at the tip, webbing can usually be found at the tip of the tail, but not limited to the base or underside as well.
Note - all tufts at the tip of the tail will be the same color as the hair on their head. The fin like webbing is as stated before the same color as the webbing between digits.
XXXX Age
Suesai are considered fledgling when under the age of twenty in human based years. They become adolescent from the age of twenty to forty-nine. Classification for this breed to reach full adulthood is fifty. Elders of this species must have sired at least four heirs and also have surpassed the hundred year mark. Suesai stop againg in appearance between the age of forty to fifty. Please note that a human aging to that point would indeed look older and show their wear and tear. Suesai due to their ability to heal do not have this look. They may have some aging lines depending on their hardships in life, or our little they have healed themselves. But overall they still look rather refreshing.
It is not uncommon for Suesai to respect those of noble class and those of age first. Those of age do seem to have an air about them that registers with other Suesai in the aspect that they know when to show respect.
Note - Though Suesai are considered immortal. This is due to the fact that their aging seems to hinder after fifty or so years in appearance. They do not die from age or common sickness, but can still be killed by decapitation or removal of their heart.
XXXX Breeding
It is rumored to be uncommon a Suesai will want to have sexual actions or breeding intentions under the age of fifty. This is only due to the free culture though. Those brought into or born into slavery most likely will have a completely different view on this manner. Yet those that are not wait until the breeding and bonding age to even attempt sensual let alone sexual interactions.
Freeborn Suesai were given one partner when born or while in their younger years. It was one of the ways to pair up ideal breeding matches/mates to produce only the best in their species. Though it is common for a Suesai to bond with others more during ripples and or actual affection. It is not smiled upon for a Suesai to denounce their birth born partner. Though like all creaures challenging for mates or bonds is VERY common among the Suesai.
It is also not uncommon for Suesai free or slave born to feel the need to be around other Suesai's. Suesai are in fact mammals which means they can breed with all mammals. Though if they breed with those NOT of their kind, scales and fins may pass over. Yet bioluminescent markings and eyes are NOT dominate. Nor is their offspring able to support gills. This does not mean their offspring can not hold their breath longer then most mammal, because it has been proven. They are unable though to filter water through their body; which also leads to the lack in ability to heal
themselves or others with water.
Females that are pure blood of this species go into estrus every eight months to two years. They carry their offspring for fourteen months. It is not uncommon for those carrying mix blood offspring to carry shorter in term. As their body does not need all the requirements to develop and adapt.
Purebred Suesai's can go into estrus earlier then the age of fifty. Though it is not overly common different environments can affect this. If a female goes into estrus to early though they show signs of heavy hoarding. Collecting sea life and objects. Shifting them through out where they live as well as become possessive even more over minor things then usual. Each female is different though so their urges to hoard and be possessive varies in different stages.
Estrus after the age of fifty is typical to any mammal creature in heat. They become flirty and sometimes dominate until made submissive. They tend to be overly close and will show more attention to their mates or those of infatuations--more then usual.
When a female goes into estrus in the Suesai breed she lets off a pheromones that can trigger a second heat or early heat to other females. Even worse is that pheromone(The Ripple) will also trigger an aggression in males. Even if the male has the will power to not "mount" the female in heat. They will become more aggressive and overly dominate around any female-thought worse with female's of their kind. Typically it is worse when around their own kind, and though they may have a strong enough will power to NOT breed said female. They typically are unable to fully control the desires or urges that follow for long periods of time. This pulsing sensation to claim (typically any female they heavily interact with) can and will usually always be triggered by a female Suesai in heat. Even if the female is on the other side of the island the pulsing seems to be strong enough to affect every male in their species that is near by.
Note that offspring are NOT npc played. If offspring are wanted and carried full term they must be approved and like all Suesai a slot must be paid for. Prices range due to the suesai x suesai breeding. Whether you bought a Suesai or half breed it is still a closed species--and as such a baby is a custom slot.
XXXX Blood and Gills
Blood typically ranges in several colors; Magenta, Red or Black. Gills are usually paired it twos or threes and are located ONLY on their necks. They do glow which sometimes makes them mistaken as markings.

Dual tongues
Stunt or elongated tail
Elongated curled claws (on both feet and hands)
No finning (minus tail)
Heterochromic eyes

Lack of color in (black of eyes)
No scaling
Overly scaled
XXXX Abilities
♆Common Abilities♆
(No approval needed)
Water Bending
♆Rare Abilities♆
(Approval needed)
Ice bending
Capable of easily lowering the temperature at will by controlling the movement of molecules so that they stick together to form solid ice.
Mud bending
Yay mud
Blood Bending
A rare variant of water-bending that allows an extremely advanced water-bender to take hold of and manipulate fluids within an organism's body, allowing the bender to move the person's muscles. It is the only bending known to endanger the user's mental and physical state.
Venomous Bite
Much like a snake, these Suesai can inject their toxins into their prey causing temporary muscle numbness, labored breathing, rapid heart rates and blurred vision and a foggy mind and may be lethal to those in a weakened state. Does not work on other Suesai.
♆Exotic Abilities♆
(Approval needed)
Siren
Tri-vocal cords causes a subsonic scream that temporarily damages the brain and hearing of anything near them.
Master Healer
This ability allows the Suesai to heal those almost upon death but does a toll on the healers body. Self healing is increased and practically immune to all toxins and poisons.
Vortex
The ability to create a vortex barrier of water. This barrier of water moves fast enough that it could easily slice flesh and possibly even metals.
Echolocation
The use of sound waves and echoes to determine where objects are located around you.
Shock therapy
Much like the electric eel, these Suesai are capable of producing a powerful electric shock that is more than capable of temporarily stunning whomever touches them.
Lethal Injection
Unlike Venomous Bite, this is a mutated toxin thanks to the virus mutation that does work on the same species, Suesai. The effects are quite severe causing temporary but complete paralysis in a matter of minutes, severe pain, labored breathing, disturbed vision. Chances of surviving this bite while in a weakened state are quite slim but not impossible. A master healer is needed to aid in the full removal of this venom. Lingering effects could range from dizziness, headaches, muscle twitches."

Aspects
Commonly known as slave bred. These are typically Suesai that have been caught and bred in captivity, they in the free world would most likely be considered common, even if they support rare markings. This is due to the fact that they are not raised in their home environment, among their own kind.
Typically purebred Suesai that are bred in captivity do tend to lack or gain markings that any class may have. Despite this, they are usually bred for their locks and their ability to breed with other mammals, they have easily become a rather high fashion tool to those on land.
Captive bred Suesai still carry over the same aspects as free born Suesai. Most commonly seen is the LACK of markings on the face or upper torso when bred for a job or an ability. When bred for looks, most Suesai's in that category will be bred with another heavily marked Suesai in the hopes to great more exotic and eye catching offspring.
Sadly those captive bred typically are used for their ability or breeding. Which creates heavier set Suesai whether by stockiness or womanly curves. They are not typically as lean, as free born and will also typically know that reproduction actions can be used in "other ways." Suesai born in captivity will most likely not understand the free born ways. Though it has been seen that when even a captive bred Suesai see's another Suesai they wish to be around or with them. As it seems to still be genetically bred in the species to stay with one another.
.₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪
Aspects
As stated above half breeds are not able to support bio luminescent eyes or markings, also they appear to be lacking of the ever important gills, presumed due to the mixed breeding. Though the ability to lightly use water manipulation and holding their breath under water longer then any mortals capability has been rumored.
Similar scale coloring and pattern, from Suesai parent, can be carried over as it is a dominate gene. Depending on who the other breeding partner is, fins can carry over in look, or mix with other parents finning. It is not uncommon to see webbing and finning in; ears, between fingers, toes and even on parts of their body.
Half breeds are closed adoptable premade coming in the fall.
