    Austin, Texas is one of the only fully-Carthian domains in the US South. With a history steeped in revolution, intrigue, and political change, it proudly wears the badge as being the most dynamic city in the region.

    This is not without its drawbacks, though. As the threat of other Covenants and their domains looms overhead, the Carthians of Austin brace themselves for a struggle between upholding Austin's lofty founding ideals, and keeping control of the city they've claimed. The other Covenants are also keeping a vigilant watch -- as signs of weakness amongst the Carthians provide ample opportunity for them to worm their way into the leadership of the city, and thus become the masters of the fragile economy of blood that flows throughout.

    Players will take on the roles of Neonates, the youngest generation of vampires of this city, and will face obstacles from both their fellow Kindred and humans alike as they attempt to carve out a life for themselves, engage in what their Requiems have in store for them, and shape the domain -- for better or for worse.
