    The City of Austin, a major metropolitan center that sits on the banks of the Colorado River. Major truck and rail transportation hub.
    Lots of Money and lots of things come through this city and many of them are strange and shouldn't belong in human, or human like-hands.

    The Shadow war between the Cities Pentacle mages and the Seers is a slow and methodical one. The purchase of land here, the protest there, lost paperwork everywhere. With the occasional major conflict escalating when tempers run too hot.

    The Pentacle warns everyone, Panopticon has their eyes everywhere; watch your moves, keep it low and don't get caught.
