As September is fast approaching, we are getting ready to launch. It looks like in the beginning we will have Vampire and Mage venues open for submission.
In order to submit a character, just make their RPR page as normal and apply with them -- this time filling in a text version of their character sheet and providing the backstory.
If you need to talk to an ST beforehand, don't be afraid to do so.
