Description: Hope wears a rather simple outfit of a red, long-sleeved top and jeans with dark red flats for shoes. She wears a simple chain with a small ruby around her neck to complete the outfit. It was a gift from her father. Her hair is a reddish brown color and is rather short, reaching to her chin. It also has a feathery texture. Her eyes are a dark brown color and seem to shimmer with ferocity and anger. On her back are a pair of wings that resemble a red-tailed hawk's. Her nails are also really sharp, being more like talons, but she usually wears a pair of special gloves so she doesn't accidentally hurt anyone. However, she will take the gloves off when fighting to use her nails as a weapon. She also has a sword and dagger hidden on her to use in battle.
Personality-wise, Hope is ironically not a very hopeful type of person. She can be very blunt and downright pessimistic at times, though she's a lot less like this around people she trusts, especially her superior and childhood friend, Alexander. In fact, she seems to be an almost completely different individual around him, being rather cheerful and often affectionate. If it wasn't obvious, she has a rather deep crush on him, though the imminent war has prevented her from confessing. Regardless of these traits, Hope is very loyal and trustworthy towards those she trusts and people who break her trust are said to wind up missing the next day. She's also very territorial, going to great lengths to make sure her team and where they reside is safe.
Abilities: Hope has the ability to shift into a large red-tailed hawk with a razor sharp beak and talons. However, the longer she is in this form, the more energy she uses up, so she has to use this form sparingly, otherwise she risks killing herself. She also has much better eyesight, smell, and speed compared to a regular human.
Biography: Hope was born in Munga, Scuti shortly after the first civil war started. Her home life was a rather difficult one. Her mother was very abusive towards her and her father, causing her father to take Hope and run from the home when Hope was still an infant. They had found themselves in Ikirfell and settled down, Hope's father being hellbent on keeping his child safe and happy. Luckily, the rest of Hope's early life was rather happy with Hope growing into a rather sweet, yet quiet and closed off child.
During this time, she had also ended up befriending a snake shifter that would have a large impact on her life and eventually become her love interest. However, Hope's happiness and friendship with Alexander wouldn't last long as she had watched her father be killed in front of her before being forcibly taken to Falonde's prison camp not long after Alexander and his mother were taken to the prison camp in Tucanchu.
Once within the camp, Hope was thrown into being groomed for being a slave. She was young and 'fresh', so she'd be very desirable once she was thrown onto the black market. She had attempted to fight back a few times, but was quickly beaten into submission. Heartbroken and having her fighting spirit beat out of her, Hope simply went through with the grooming and was soon put up on the market for the highest bidder to purchase.
Luckily for her, it was at this time that Alexander had found her and had purchased her as his own slave, though he didn't have any plans of harming her in any way. Instead, he had only bought her to reunite with her. Once the two were reunited, Hope teamed up with Alexander and became his Second-in-command for making preparations for all out war. She just wanted to revert Scuti to a more open and accepting nation and figured some blood would have to be shed to do so.
Currently, she is helping Alexander in leading missions and freeing people from the prison camps, hoping to stir up trouble for the government and to prepare for what will be the third, and hopefully the last, civil war in Scuti. She's also developed a deep love for Alexander, though she's keeping quiet about it for now as she figured that with a third civil war on the way, now wouldn't be a good time for romance.
