Today, Vos Valkear is a safe haven for unfortunate monsters without a home, located on top of ancient Yuan-Ti ruins. Many races call this place their home, and they have not forgotten who nearly wiped them out. Ark'Halez, the City that Dreams - owned by Earendill
Ark'Halez, more commonly known as The Ark, is a strange enigma of a city. Its body became twisted and tormented as its scales turned to rock and its flesh to soil. Only its bones remained, and they now form the homes for many Kobolds.
The city floats over the Nothern deserts, and it is insane to think anyone would live here when the city has such a cursed reputation. People claim to have seen strange apparitions, some even lost their minds over it.
