Because they have fallen under 3 different categories.
They are well regarded (concerned for/about), they also have a negative relation to my nation, and they have been deemed hostile since the events that transpired during the Tournament.

(Yes actually. I was just besides myself with laughter that they were well regarded, in negative relations, and hostile all a the same time. xD)
The Ahuachtli and Coronet have a -strange- relationship. They want to be friends that think poorly of each other and possibly kill one another.
