The empire of gradot is completely under the Drylands of the expanse
Its inhabitants are Dwarven and produces 1500 different types of metals

1500 different types? That seems a bit excessive for this fantasy setting. My nation produces metal too but just your standard stuff (iron, steel, bronze, brass, tin, copper, silver, gold, platinum, titanium, mercury) as well as a few other rare metals exclusive to their nation due to certain properties of their land.
But yeah, 1500? A bit much don't you think?

Yeah, now that you mention it it does seem excessive
I'll change it to 50
I'll change it to 50
Consider this, if you were to be asked for a list of all 50 and then asked about each one would you be able to describe the properties and uses of each one, making extra sure that no two were alike and each had a uniqueness?
Believe me when I say that sometimes simpler is better.

I know it's a lot but that's its main economy and it has many unique metals as well as the basic metals
I understand, it is the same for my country as well. But you have to trust me when I say that less will be more. Build small and solid before building huge and complex.
It's an exercise of character development and world building.

I understand it's just I need a high amount so I can have a variety of goods to trade and sell
If you're looking for variety when it comes to the economy, you could always look at other things. Silk for example is very precious and would net a good amount of money. Paper even can be very valuable depending on where your empire is situated. Even wine could be of good value in your empire. Consider these when thinking of an economy, it'll make things easier.

I agree! A country can't be known just for one thing - that would be very boring after a long time. My country is known for its rich agriculture, lumber, wealth of lore and knowledge, warriors for hire, weapons and magic. You might consider services alongside goods to sell.
Metal is great but diversity in services and goods is much better!

Amen! Or how they say it in Wilksgród: "Tak tak!"
Thanks for the feedback I will consider adding different goods as well as services
