A forum section for altered character sheets. Unless someone is making a character from scratch they will have to do some heavy editing to make their characters conform to this continuity. Not everyone has the extra pages in their character profile for that.
I like this suggestion and will make a space for such things.
another new thing to the forum, I made a diplomatic relations forum! you can fill in alliances, war declarations or ceasefire pacts there, as well as trade rights

Uh... Anyone know what happened to the Mixed Kingdom RP forum? I don't see it in the forums...
I deleted it. if you take a look at the other forum's discriptions, you'll see that it's changed to 'events taking place in (...)'. I figured it was lots easier for mixed rp'ing :]
It does... I'll go rewrite the RP post I had written in the Mixed forum then and stick it on the Equestira forum...
