This town resides in the middles of the Deyash and remains a neutral place that forbids weapons and violence. It was on this small piece of land that the four leaders met centuries ago to discuss a truce and later signed a peace treaty. That's how the town came to be the usual meeting place for many diplomats of every kingdom.
Teviarn is also the one place that many halflings seek refuge away from the scrutiny and abuse from their original kingdoms. The ban of violence allows them to live their lives in relative peace, only dealing with the occasional glares from those that are full blooded and visiting representatives.
Many wanderers travel through here to rest before continuing their journey.
