I was wondering if this character (Taka) and her back-story was ok for the region's story.
She grew up in Goldenrod City, knowing Whitney for sometime before she became a gym leader. Her cousin is Elite Four member, Lucian, from the Sinnoh region. She also has a severe crush on Will and Grimsley.
I wouldn't know if the Lucian part would be approved by you or if I'd have to go to Sinnoh to ask.

That's quite fine. So long as you just make sure you know who is still instated as gym leader or elite four, and who has been retired. If there are things about team rocket that you might know, make sure to PM me about some of the more free details. I have quite a bit that even some of the Team Rocket Admins don't know.
