This is for your trainers to introduce themselves, and put their pokemon and some key points you want people to know about your backstory. Feel free to write this as a narrative, or as if you were putting the information on their profile page.
Fair warning: You do NOT have to put much in the backstory. Let that come out as we progress in the story if you want. It's always good to find things out as we go, instead of before it begins.

She walks in, a very confident and nearly intimidating heir to her as she sat down for the interview on live television. From her high heeled boots to her long, flowing brown hair tipped with red, she was a woman with power in the eyes of the cameras.
"So, Miss Iwamoto, What can you tell us about yourself?" The newswoman, Gabby, gave her a warm smile as she waited.
"Please, call me Hirosha. Being the Johto League Champion has its perks, but I still prefer my usual name. I don't honestly know what to tell you; I got here like any other trainer would dare, and I made the cut. Then again, when I have been between Johto, Hoenn and Kanto and picked up 36 badges as well as league medals from back when Johto and Kanto shared the league... well, you tell me what happens when they ask you to become the first Johto Sakura League Champion." She smiled, hands folded neatly on her dress pants.
"So, Hirosha, are the rumors about you and Takeshi true?" Gabby gave a smirk, prodding the champion playfully with her eyes.
"Yes..." She sighed, chuckling softly before continuing. "Takeshi and I have been dating for a while now. We just recently decided to let this information go public, so you're very lucky that this was planned." Her expression didn't change; it was all in her red eyes as she stared back at the reporter.
"Okay then, thank you for your time..." Gabby froze, and an assistant behind the cameras was waving an arm to remind her that time was short. "This concludes our interview with Johto Sakura League Champion Hirosha Iwamoto. Stay tuned for more of your local news!"
The cameras panned out, staring at the 26 year old champion. Her clothing was rather unusual, the leotard-like portion like a black turtle neck adorned with a red and gold trim, and then a green gem at the end of her ribcage as a maroon train of sorts billowed out around her, down to her calves much like a trench coat. Matching fingerless, arm length gloves completed her outfit.
As she walked out, a Feraligatr rose and followed the Champion out of the newsroom, careful not to get her claws caught on any cables.

Not much is actually known about Project Nova, except between the Regional Executives of Team Rocket and the leader. Everything has been kept a huge secret by the few people that know about its existence, and getting that information was impossible. The only clues to knowing even who this trainer was would be by eyes alone, and even then it was never certain if it was them or not.
"Known as the last resort of Team Rocket, nothing has been enough to truly gain Giovanni's interest enough to use Project Nova. But when he does, do not expect anything to live for long after it is released onto the public. Rocket will win no matter what if it is." The champion herself said this, and she has never spoken another word since about it. She refuses to, with as dire and as unnecessary that would be.
Any and all reports only show this picture of the supposed 'Trainer of the Death Shadow'

Koro smiled up at the Pokemon lab of New Bark town. It was a tough journey from Azalea town for a small boy to make by himself. Luckily he had his father's Slowbro to help him through the caves. He smiled down at the small Pokemon. "C'mon!" He said walking through the doors. "I haveta get my own now."
Inside the labs Professor Elm sat at his desk furiously scribbling on paper amidst the mess of other paperwork. Koro walked in nervously, the Slowbro waddling in behind him.
"Um hello?"
Professor Elm jumped, his glasses askew.
"Oh, hello, you must be Norrus's son Koro."
He stood. "Um, welcome to New Bark, I hope the journey wasn't too taxing, I'm sorry about the mess, I've... Ah well it doesn't matter, I'm here to give you your first Pokemon right?" He smiled, and fixed his glasses.
"Well, we better get to it once I figure out where they went..."
He rummaged around on a nearby table while Koro stood nearby his father's Slowbro sitting down and scratching its ear.
"Aha!" He said suddenly causing Koro to jump. "FOund them."
He held out three Pokeballs. "Now you can only have one, but pick whichever you want! Go on then!"
Koro walked up to the three balls, one with a leaf, one with a flame, and one with a water drop. His brow furrowed. Almost by itself his arm reached out and grabbed the fire Pokemon, Cyndaquil. He turned and tossed the ball it popped open and a small mouse rolled out.
It sat up, not opening its eyes and sneezed, a blue/purple fire rippled out of its back for a moment. Koro smiled at it and leaned down to pet it. It shied away from his touch at first but then snuggled up to his legs.
"Vulkan." Koro said simply. "His name is Vulkan."
Koro's Pokemon:
Vulkan- Typhlosion with blue/purple flames on its back
Dusty- Noctowl colored white instead of brown
Henry- Wobbuffet colored a darker blue
Atlas- Machamp
Sheply- Amphoros
Snips- Gligar

As Lynn walked out of her house in Olivine City, the sun was just rising over the sea, creating a beautiful sunrise of different shades of orange and red. She sat at the sea wall for a few minutes, just watching the colors of the sunrise grow even more vibrant as the sun rose higher into the sky. As she sat there, watching the sun rise in the distance, she felt something on her shoulder.
"EEP!" Screamed Lynn, as she jumped slightly into the air. Upon looking back at what touched her shoulder, she saw her Gardevoir floating behind her.
"Oh, Lady, it's just you. I told you not to do that to me when I'm watching the sunrise." Said Lynn, still a bit startled from the surprise. Lady just smiled back at her, going up to Lynn and giving her a hug.
"Hehe, thanks Lady, that always helps." Lady smiled even more, and sat down next to her trainer, watching the rest of the beautiful sunrise. Before the vibrant display of colors over the water was finished, Lynn stood up, her Gardevoir rising beside her.
"Well Lady, I think it's going to be a wonderful day today, don't you think?"
Lady nodded in response, a smile forming across her face.

Her emerald green eyes wandered over the streets in front of the Pokemon Center, watching people in kimono and geta shoes walk past as if modern technology had no bearing on their lives. She felt rather naked without her lab coat, sitting on the bench outside with a bento box in her lap. Lotus, her shining umbreon, sat next to her and sniffed at her lap, glancing between the food and her master.
"Fine, you can have some girl. Share with your sister, okay?" Kit put the box on the bench next to her, and Lavender jumped up, her red gem glowing slightly in joy at eating the bento box.
"Phlooosion..." Firestar nudged Kit's head with his nose, his red eyes questioning her.
"Don't worry bud. We'll find something... I just need to rest a bit. I've been between the Center, the town hall, and the police stations all day... I haven't noticed anything as far as I can tell. If it is Team Rocket... they're finding better grunts than before." She pulled out a snack cake and a soda pop, popping the marble and taking a swig. "Just know... whatever happens, I am counting on you guys to help like always."
They all chimed in, and she stared at the wrapper for a bit, lost in thought.

Steam rises from an opal mug as it raises to a pair of lips and gently blows to cool it before taking a sip. Riley closes her hazel eyes reveling in the strong yet sweet taste of the hot beverage in her gloved hands. She crosses her legs and sits back in her chair. A snort sounds from her right as her Druddigon snoozes beside her, basking in the sun's rays. Her leg sways a bit in habit and she hums a soft tune. She opens them as a waitress stop by her table, holding a fresh pot for her.
"Refill, miss?" Her gloved hand slides over the cup and gives her a genuine smile.
"Yes, please. Just enough to top it off." The waitress does and she gives her a nod in thanks.
As the bubbly waitress skips away she feels hot breath on her right cheek. As she turns to look a hot rough tongue licks her face. Her face scrunches up as she laughs.
"Ew, Grauk!" She laughs as she wipes her face with the sleeve of her jacket and rubs his rough nose. He stares at her for a moment, and she rolls her eyes. -Sighs- "Okay, okay here." His head raises a little and his blood red jaws gape open as she dumps her new cup into his mouth. His tail softly thumps the floor in glee.
Riley shakes her head and waves the waitress back down.
"Ma'am! I think I need another refill!"

Goji the Tyranitar
Topaz the Dragonite

She has a coffee addiction and gets very irritable if she doesn't drink any in a short amount of time. She is a lazy trainer and can't find any motivation to challenge herself for success. You'll usually find her lazing around diners or in quiet places. She loves scenery and music. She's shy and is socially awkward at times. But is carefree and kind around her Pokemon. Do not try flirting, it won't work. Plus Grauk (Druddigon) is very protective of her.
She lives in Ecutreak city in a small apartment south of the Dance theater. She used to explore the Burnt Tower when she was young. She likes to walk past it on her daily strolls. Usually in the afternoon. She loves going to the Dance theater on the weekends to watch performances. She trains Lotus (Sceptile) to battle as graceful as a dancer since she is the fastest on her team.
The Pokemon that would usually be out of their Pokeball would be Lotus, her Sceptile, Riptide, her Feraligatr or Grauk, her Druddigon. She is wary of using her large pokemon (Back up Team) for fearing the worst (ie, having them destroy property or hurting someone). If she has no other choice then she will use them.
