The Earth began to show signs of severe decay, and humanity grew worried. Immediately the greatest minds had come together, at first disagreeing with one another, to find a solution. In the same month construction of a 6 year old project was finished, it was called Atlas, a station permanently in orbit not of Earth, but of the sun. Seeing what they had accomplished the smartest minds together thought it was time to colonize Mars once and for all. And so all of humanities resources were pooled into this one plan and all efforts were focused on this moment of time. Pockets of resistance had opened up due to lack of resources to go around. About 4 years after that the first Bio domes were successfully built and a colony on Mars had been established, but not everyone could make it to the colony.

Exploration of the Sol system had been completed and several other colonies were founded on Titan, Neptune, Pluto, and remnants in the asteroid belt, as well as a massive habitation station orbiting Mars. A new type of fuel was discovered under the surface of Titan, it was called Hexatite, a slow burning dense material that lasted much longer than nuclear or fusion and it would be the frontier to new discoveries with it. New species of all kinds of alien races had discovered the Sol system and commuted with humanity, rough at first due to a lack of translation but a common ground was found. Most people were frightened at first but given time they would open up and welcome these new races to join them in their colonies.

Exploration outside the Sol system has begun, and strange signals started coming in from everywhere as if communicating with one another. It was time for humanity to reach past what it knew and so the age of pioneering began.
