- Former KGB, Solovyov specializes in strategy and psychological warfare. Her closest comrade put under her as some kind of responsibility- or possibly a punishment, describes exactly not her. Solovyov will remain level-headed during all operations, and even when plans hit a brick wall mid-fire, she'll bunker down where she can, and reorganized the troops to adapt to any situation. She's one of the few KGB operators that has bothered to get cybernetics, for the sake of tactical coordination and planning. While she isn't any smarter, and not much faster, her plans are easier to visualize, and she overlooks fewer details when the dots are drawn out for her. Aside from the one implant, she's given little thought into any further cybernetics. The cybernetics also act as a very well concealed method of storing stolen data on the respective missions, or carrying a heavy duty virus to destroy systems.

- Novikov's career started with Spetsnaz domestic divisions, rounding up the 'undesirable population', and enforcing the laws to encourage neighbors to follow suit. She avoided these kinds of operations, so her primary experience actually lies in raids and busts. After spending time with her sister, several years younger than herself, Novikov found she couldn't do the work anymore. Between work conflicts, a spotless record, and a commendation, she moved into the KGB with the intent of pushing papers. No blood to get on her hands, that way. Instead, her destructive capabilities were recognized by her superior and was put under a handler. Novikov couldn't resist the itch and was eventually put on the field. After becoming known for her incredibly destructive tendencies, self-proclaiming herself to be a "Demolitions Expert, and Explosives Professional,"*** through the use of violent modernized blitzkrieg tactics in urban warfare, she and her handler both resigned from their positions in the KGB. This is seen as a national threat, not because of their rank, but due to Novikov's destructive tendencies, and her handler's sociopathic view of warfare. -Combat overview:

- Originally going into college with dreams of becoming a doctor, Vasilyev ended up in a relationship with her dorm mate in her second year. Having graduated high school early and gone into school with shining qualifications for her official education, going toward medical school, her life had been thrown off course by a terrible error the government couldn't overlook. For the sake of widening criteria for experimentation and research, the legality of homosexuality had never been lightened. With plans to move to the EUR where homosexuality would be protected, and Vasilyev could have more of a life as a doctor, they planned to marry. Instead, a fellow classmate had reported them as gay, and the two fled. Neither made it anywhere near their objective of escape to the EUR. They had become separated, along the way as well. Vasilyev had been taken into an insurgency organization by former KGB operator Solovyov, while her fiancee had gone missing entirely. While she hadn't gotten the education for medicine that she had wanted, she did agree to training, and showed an affinity for long range combat.

After Solovyov agreed to devote trackers to finding her lover, Vasilyev agreed to further training, under the condition of remaining a sniper, or tactical marksman. Vasilyev greatly relies on cybernetics, which she suffered immeasurable pain for. They sharpen her aim, reflexes, coordination, and ability to lead and account for bullet drop. Also allows her to hold her weapon steadier. Her motivation to participate comes from wanting to hurry raids, to find record if her lover had been taken, and what might have happened to her. However, she has gone through all this pain to ensure she lives through each mission, hoping the next will offer some hope of finding her lover. Her body is small, and fragile compared to her comrades, and Vasilyev is entirely helpless at close range. However, by proof of her cybernetics, and the conditions she's subjected herself to, she is clearly very enduring.

- Originally an up and coming child prodigy gymnast, Sasha Katin was an acrobatics sensation. However, due to a scandalous incident involving her and another female gymnast, Sasha was taken into custody and rounded up with other 'undesirables'. She was left under the experimental care of Lana ---. --- sought to utilize her natural physical poise to her advantage and experimented on the young woman immediately. After a year of hellish recovery, Katin became one of the most efficient stealth operators in Russia. When Lana went AWOL, Katin followed and joined the insurgency as their stealth operator.

Cerebral and ocular implants all to pick up electromagnetic pulses, giving a 360 view within – meters, as well as infrared and night vision.

- Another of Kuznetsov's experimentees, taken as an undesirable due to being mute. Because of her inability to speak, as well her reclusive and submissive nature, not much is known about her history outside of the experimentation. What is known is that her early childhood was filled with incidences of bullying, and that Titianna has taken well due to her cybernetic implants due to her innate desire to protect people. Like Katin, Dementyev defected to the insurgency when Kuznetsov did, becoming their sturdy frontline

- Stroe leads Purple team, a line of soldiers from the OTA front. After an ambush in the middle eastern front on the Chinese border, Stroe and her team had been forced to work together with several OTA operatives. After sharing ideologies, the two team went their separate ways without further conflict. Stroe brought home with her an enlightened view of society, and the humans around her.

The team adopted a lot of what they had learned from the OTA ops, and managed a connection with a black market cybernetics specialist in the EUR to implement some more advanced implants. After retiring, Stroe went into a transport job between the EUR and NEIT. It was through this that she was introduced to Kuznetsov, in the Insurgency. Having an overall agreement of the cause the insurgency held, Stroe and her team joined AEP (Anti-Experimentation Party) as Purple Team, working in transportation, stealth ops, electronic warfare, and incognito civilian ops.

Stroe holds commendations in marksmanship and espionage. In her
brief transportation career, Stroe had done well with planning routes to avoid checkpoints, and knew how to talk her way through most searches, to make things go faster, and less thorough.

- Pavel served in the NEIT military touring under Stroe as her second in command. A gadget nerd, who'd gushed over the OTA technology they'd been shown. When Stroe secured her EUR "Telepathy" implants, Pavel quickly took to any bit of EUR technology they could get, mimicking OTA equipment.

Upon meeting Kuznetsov, Pavel immediately volunteered for the procedure to replace muscles in her body with artificial ones. With the help of Stepanovna Pasha, Pavel developed a new line of tactical equipment based around holographic and synthetics technology.

- Khudyakova makes up for the slow pace the rest of her team tends to take. The team is overall a careful and precise assault. Their entire strength is the ability to hold areas, and create ambushes. However, in the case of a need for aggressive advances, Khudyakova stands to make up, in making fierce, but calculated charges. Her position in the squad often took point. Khudyakova's role as point involves merciless breach tactics. In combat against OTA, Khudyakova held a reputation for using her cornea implants, along with a specialized sort of powder-packed breach explosive to use debris and smoke to her advantage. Having taken from Novikov's philosphy, Khudyakova creates chaos, and acts amidst it.

While she follows an example said to be savage and unorganized, Khudyakova does follow her team's example of tactical forethought and pre-emptive placements. While her movements are chaotic in battle, she'll often spend every day leading up to an op studying architecture, downloading tactical maps, modeling her own if none are available. Despite her chaos, she operates with a constant augmented view keeping her up to date on pre-discovered soft points for her shrike rounds to penetrate.

- Kuznetsov graduated medical school with an interest in cybernetics. While she was grateful to have been a designer baby- a feat of genetic engineering in her time, Kuznetsov views it as an eventual dead-end as far as human enhancement goes. Another evolutionary option, but a limited one. Instead, Kuznetsov sees artificial enhancement through cybernetics to be a much more longterm route of man-made evolution.

After having made a career for herself in a handful of impressive, perhaps morally questionable procedures, she was taken on as a researcher, to attempt to reverse engineer, and replicate technology found in a captured PJST operator. Her research was a success, however she did rediscover her humanity in her 'undesirable' subjects. Kuznetsov assisted in several subjects' escapes, and she herself is now considered a fugitive.

-Chemist, Chemical Weaponry Specialist.
Voronkova was a success story from the University of St. Petersburg's chemistry program, achieving high marks in all her studies and graduating with full honors, before being immediately recruited by the Federal Security Service. Voronkova then spent a two year period embedded within the Institute of Ultra Pure Biochemical Preparations and assisted Alpha Group within the newly relaunched Biopreparat program. After the conclusion her second year, disagreements over earnings caused Voronkova to go rogue.

The FSB has since disavowed Voronkova, and has labeled her a "high priority threat to the security and stability of the nation". She is currently believed to be in the employ of the Insurrection.

Interviews and witness testimony indicate a willingness to both produce and utilize highly lethal biological and chemical agents, as well as a general disregard for human life. A psychological profile is currently being created to determine motivation and threat potential.

It is believed Voronkova was the perpetrator of the recent Marburg attack on the Winter Palace. The FSB has officially held her accountable and criminal charges have been filed,

- Stepanova lived a simple life growing up in a family of mechanics. Synthetics had truly become this girl's passion in life. Her focus. They showed promise for various fields. Stepanova moved to the city to enter a more viable field, working with synthetic enforcers. The job was much more pleasant for the eccentric engineer, but when the workshop she worked in had been raided by the AEP, she found a much more entertaining.

Stepanova during the hostage situation, used the opportunity to get herself recruited. Stepanova has provided them the ability to make use of scavenged parts, and return home with disabled hostile synths to expand their own expendable manpower.
