    The EUR's corruption is mostly hidden away. However, in the recent few years, people have begun to vanish, and glitches have shown up in cybernetic networks. People who work on them, and people close to the disappearing persons have taken notice to the cause of the mysteries. The government in catching up has taken to the same cruelties, and those who have their eyes open, are using their resources and skills to do what they can, before it gets out of hand.

    RILEY SCHIFFER

    - While Schiffer doesn't have a long career, she has shown potential in her field. Graduating from Technische University Berlin, Schiffer went into neuro-implant specialization and later trained under a surgeon in Cambridge, UK. While Schiffer hasn't actually been able to work autonomously in her career, she has shown great skill and a passion for her field, so much so to even take it into her personal life as a hobby, modifying her own implants to create a new Operating System for a more private, secure network connection. This allows her to work outside government surveillance. What she does with it, tends to be entirely for the purpose that she now can.

    VERA EICHMANN

    - Eichmann graduated in Cambridge, UK a few years before Schiffer. She had been out and in practice when Schiffer stepped into the field, and had helped her find her own place. Eichmann hadn't initially joined Schiffer in her hobbies, and often scolded her for her irresponsibility. However, as the potential behind Schiffer's works became apparent, Eichmann's stance had quickly turned over to join her colleague in the medical end.

    Eichmann is the first to bring up morals in their work, but often Schiffer dismisses her entirely for the sake of her own curiosities. While she has agreed to participate in Schiffer's side work, Eichmann rarely makes any personal appearances to the customers, and there's no mention of her in forums. Her involvement is completely concealed to only them, and the couriers or trusted hands in their organization.

    DAISY WARD

    - Daisy Ward was a former football player hailing from Manchester. After refusing to attend a public press conference in support for a recent crackdown on gay and deviant players, Daisy was booted from her team and placed on a blacklist, after a brief period spent in rock bottom, Daisy began to interact with counter culture communities and other hot beds of dissent online. After a while, Ward found herself involved with a resistance group that had begun to collaborate with a group of hackers. She was quickly given a gun and taught to shoot, and now she works as protection and muscle for the freedom fighters. Daisy is very idealistic, and holds strong convictions based around freedom of expression and thought. She typically hates authority figures, and has a very hot headed personality. She also owns a dog named Scruff and a cat named Franz Purrdinand.

    EMMA VEIL

    - A courier for the underground cybernetics black market. Specialists like Schiffer design and create systems and devices which aren't approved for the consumer market. Few of these specialists leave their safe houses, and leave work to couriers such as Emma. She's gained the nickname 'voyeur' for her preference to be out in the open, her love of the crowd scene, and her minimalistic attire which is entirely for the purpose to show off her body. Specifically, her cybernetic body. As much of her has been replaced with aesthetic implants or prosthetics, for the sake of self expression. Her body is a work of art, both in her own style, and in her specialist's skill. It would be a shame to hide it, non?

    EMILIE SCHMIDTKE

    - Schiffer's almost constant customer. Working as less of a 'courier', and more of a hitman, Schmidtke has paid a large profit into her body modifications from Schiffer. She's requested so much capital in the form of cybernetics, that Schiffer has taken her offer to take her work as payment. She's spent two years serving in the German Polizei and three more years in a KSM, specializing in hostage rescue.

    It was in Australia that she had engaged in combat against OTA forces, and quickly learned to adapt. While she had prided herself in the very narrow victory at the time, Schmidtke also returned home with an appreciation for OTA specialists' tactics and equipment. After being discharged, and entering Schiffer's services, Schmidtke took to making use of modern improvements in drone technology, as well as improvised and adapted versions of OTA equipment.
