Ive played Furcadia for 20 years and pretty much have spent my time in TGT since it first opened. Most people knew me as Laurent who I’ve since retired.
Sojourn started out as a slave character, which led to her creating the Honey Bees. I longed for interactions with other slaves in settings other than the atrium. It can be super isolating and repetitive to always be interacting with “free” characters. I thought this would be a fun way to get characters together while also helping icly with slave moral. Everyone has bad days, and sometimes you just need to talk about it! We all know the slaves “talk” but let’s get out there and actually have them talking! Spread those rumors. Share advice. Tell some funny stories about those patrons you are serving!
Now Jo is free, but that hasn’t stopped her from attempting to improve slave conditions. With the help of Jocosa, she is aiming to revitalize The Honey bees!!
