Age: Modern Feudal
The Earth had faced World War III not 50 years prior. All the countries are split amongst three governing parties- The Sanguis who control what was North, Central, & South America; The Tenebrosi who control what was Europe and mainland Asia; and The Advena who control what was Africa and all Island Nations (Japan, Australia, Indonesia, etc).
The Sanguis control their land in a rather democratic sense. The Tenebrosi control in a monarchy way. The Advena in a totalitarian style.
The Advena leader, Solvite, has already assassinated the leader of The Sanguis and is working his way to attack the Tenebrosi.
Undergound, in the land controlled by the Sanguis, thrives a project started by Professor Stella. He's been using technology leftover from the great war to harness the power of fallen stars and fuse them into the bodies of willing participants. His first successful experiment was Yngve- a young man who had escaped from prison and surrendered himself over to science at the thought he was going to die anyways.
It is now Yngve's job to find the "Twelve Disciples of Terra" who have the abilities of the stars to fight against Solvite and his army in order to prevent Earth from falling into a world wide tyranny.
In the world of mixed traditions- steam, gun powder, knives, flying ships, but... above all... barren and broken lands and people- 13 people must believe in connecting the stars or all is lost.
