I am Professor Stella... which you should meet as these pages get a-going with text and phantasm!
But... I'm going to give you a short... synopsis on Terra.
What is Terra?
"Terra" is "Earth". It is the world we live in. World War III devastated many civilizations and even great books that indicated what Earth was before it became "Terra". Earth was dubbed "Terra" by the three reigning parties of the planet- the Sanguis, the Tenebrosi, and the Advena. I live under the reign of the Sanguis which is in danger as we know it but... some info on the three parties:
The Sanguis- meaning "blood"- are a group of honorable members of our democratic system that rule what was North, Central, and South America. They elected a president, Mr. Idle, who has more power than the presidents of past. Sadly... Idle was assassinated not long ago by the leader of the Advena, Solvite. No one believes this mess for Solvite's men have covered it up rather nicely... that's where you come in... err, well, I'll explain in a moment
The Advena- meaning "strangers"- are a small group of totalitarian officials that rule what was Africa and all the Island Nations (such as Japan, Australia, Indonesia etc). Their leader, Solvite, has the agenda of all the worst dictators combined. He wants to take over the other two territories for his own- pretty much becoming ruler of Terra!
The Tenebrosi- meaning "Dark"- is a family of monarchs rule what was Europe and mainland Asia. Their current leader is Queen Emerald... who is not in the best condition at the moment. She is so distressed by the situation with Idle and the Sanquis that she is neglecting her health... much to Solvite and the Advena's joy. Her son, Romeo, is set to inherit the throne. I just so happen to be good friends with him... odds are you'll meet! How splendid!
But... you're probably wondering... "Where is it exactly do I come in?"
Well, well, well... I'm glad you asked!
You see... I am a professor- I don't just throw that tag on there for an ego-boost, ya know!
I've been studying the constellations and comprised a book known as "Constellatis"... which is rather punny- "Con-STELLA-tis". Well, I didn't say I was a comedian. Anyways, "constellatis" means "constellations" of course and what better constellations to look into than the zodiac itself!
I have uncovered the secrets to the Greek so far... the Chinese is a mystery to me I'm hoping to work on while you're out saving Terra~
But... what I ask of you... err, should I say... what I already asked of a friend of mine... is to seek out your calling of your zodiac!
Yngve, my first success, is the holder of the newest zodiac- "Ophiuchus". He's... rather shady in demeanor but I promise- you believe in him and follow, he'll lead you to me... and both of us shall lead you to legendary status!
He has a keen eye for finding his "zodiac brethren"... so don't try to run. Haha~
But, please... we need your help...
All of us are powerless out here... and our only safe refuge will be the polar caps if Solvite's men haven't already occupied them. Solvite's army is infiltrating slowly under the nose of the Sanguis. I can only imagine the terror brewing in the land of the Tenebrosi and the chaos already instilled in Solvite's own Advena land.
We need to overthrow Solvite... and, dare I say it, his party!
Who knows... maybe you 12 will become the new party. The Twelve Disciples of Terra... has a pretty fascinating ring to it, don't you think?
